I have been using uHostPro since 2015 and have been extremely happy with the service and support! Great company and so very helpful!!! Very easy to navigate their website and control the server! :)

I run an Ark Survival Community server. We researched and used some other hosts previously that constantly had outages, long service wait time, and overall poor server quality. Then one day I was watching Gamewithme on twitch and I heard him mention UHostpro. I took a look and sent an Email asking questions about UHost and the services they provide. The reply I got from Mekki, the GM, was genuine and direct. At that point I reviewed it with some of my community members and we decided to go with UHost. Since then any issues/questions, mostly from my lack of knowledge, that I have had have been looked at and handled quickly and professionally, The server we are using runs smoothly, restart and boot times are fast, mod and server updates are easy. I couldn't recommend this host any more! Thanks GWM for referring Uhost and TY Mekki and the UHost team for your awesome service!

uHostPro is in my oppinion the best server company right now. Their support is amazing, they reply within 10 minutes most of the time! Their bundle packages are also pretty cool because you can just change your mind overnight and change to the game/server you want. I would totaly recommend this to anyone looking to rent a game-server.

the value at risk in the server when i was running it was excellent, it was less then 0.01 all time, what let more people come and enjoy the server :)

I have tried a few server hosts and I am completely blown away by the customer service uHostPro offers. They provide help and answers to any and every question.

Ordered my server on a Friday, after trying a few hours to find how to get some settings to work but not finding out how/where to edit the ini i put in a ticket for help. the next morning it was great! they tech configured the setting i was looking for and even installed the mod I wanted. Server was up and running and i got to play for a few hours to test it out. I had life obligations to attend to for most of sat but that night when i came back i could not get on to the server, updated it, up dated the mod, 4 more hours of trying to get it up, i gave up no ark tonight and went to bed. next morning it was up, but again i could not really get on it do to life obligations and events (superbowl) but that night when i attempted to get back on same problem. 3 more hours or trying to get it back on and i gave up. Monday... started to try to get on a 6am, by noon i pulled off every mod, still could not get on, 6pm reset the server to original settings, and still could not get on untill about 11pm. at this point i saved the server and hit stop so nothing could go wrong and went to bed. Tuesday morning i could get on the server but there are no dinos. and my email is packed full of spam alerts from uHostpro.com saying there were over 70 people on my 30 limit server all night... i put in a ticket and ill i get back is:
"We're not sure which mods, but some mods force the server to be 70 slots. Which obviously makes our system see it as 70 slots, which would trigger the email and the server stopping.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask here or in another ticket."

uhostpro.com was highly recommended by some steam friends for me to move my server to due to its low ping, auto mod updates, and Rcon scheduling. Im sure once the server gets going it will be better but it has been one hell of a bumpy start.

I'm on my second month of server hosting with uHostPro and by far they are the best server provider out there. I have been running servers since 2004 with a little break in between. And have dealt with several different companies over the years. uHostPro are by far the quickest to ever get to a support ticket that I have ever seen.

They are kind and professional in every way. Even when the issue has been something I have caused, they never got mad or even acted like it was a bother. They fixed it, told me what happened and always say if I have any other question feel free to ask.

They are hands on and even deal with mods that they have had to go and research to see how the mod is set up to get my server up and running how I want it to be. I couldn't never ask for more, even if I wanted to because they will do what ever it takes to make their customers happy.

If you are searching for a great server provider, don't search any further, you have found them at uHostPro.

I have had nothing but good experiences with uHostpro and their servers. I have had an Ark server and now a Hurtworld server. The server performance is the best around. The best thing about uHostpro is their tech support. Whenever you have a question, they will get back to you within one hour, usually 10-15 minutes. I can't say enough about their service. Anytime I need a server for any game, I will use them. Thank you!!

I have seen uHostPro at work first of all on one of the streams I frequent; their server having been supplied as a very generous free gift. I have always seen the servers supplied by uHostPro being up to date, well kept, and so decided to get a TeamSpeak service for myself.

I found the user interface easy to use and very easy to navigate without being dumbed down. I found my information easy to find and alter; it was very easy to order or cancel a specific service. There's also a nice range of locations being updated all the time.
I found communication with uHostPro to be friendly and easy, without being spammy - the emails don't come too often but regularly enough to remind me.

It was only because of lack of need that I finally ended my contract for my TeamSpeak server. The prices for it were, frankly, brilliant, and I felt the service was just as good as more expensive ones. I hope to pick up an ARK server in future and honestly recommend uHostPro to anyone who wants a server.

I know this is a very positive review, which is easy enough to make people suspicious; but I have not had a bad experience with uHostPro. They don't try to hide the cancel buttons, you don't feel pressured into continuing service.

As for feedback regarding improvement, I have very little to suggest! Having had no bad experiences either with the website or with the items itself and no need for support, I've not got advice for improvement as I haven't encountered anywhere I've needed them.
Perhaps the option for a live chat on the website would be useful for those that want live help without having to email?

Had a few problems to start with but customer support responded to my ticket within minutes, problem was solved a few minutes later with an apology for the problem happening in the first place.

Great service and great customer service people, they listen to you, and make you feel at home.

Highly recommended company.

I enjoy the customer support. I'll make a ticket and with-in a few hours maybe a day (due to My Time difference) I get the help I need. Whether is to delete something or plain support. Help allot and would recommend.

This is the first hosting company that I have ever used, and my first time ever attempting to host a gaming server. The tools and guides provided made it very easy to setup my rust server, and then when I did have a problem the General Manager himself looked into it for me, and even joined my server to see what could be done, and this was on a sunday!

Top quality customer service and a good business model will keep me coming back here.
