I like when things move. This app gave me velocity.

I do not recommend UGLYCASH.

I used the app for several months, and every month there was a new issue. Bank transfers and MoneyGram were suddenly placed under maintenance or stopped working, leaving my money stuck with no clear solution, no real ownership, and no proper escalation process.

In my case, it took around 12 days to get a resolution, and I only received a clear answer after threatening to close my account. Until then, I had to chase them constantly for updates.

This app is not reliable enough to handle people’s money. There are too many limits, too many fees, and very poor customer support. Their advisor Andrea provided one of the worst Customer Success experiences I have ever seen, making claims that did not match what actually happened.

For a fintech company, “best effort” support is not enough. I would not trust UGLYCASH with my money again. There are better and more reliable options out there.

Usé la app durante varios meses y cada mes hubo un problema nuevo. Las transferencias bancarias y MoneyGram fueron puestos en mantenimiento o dejaron de funcionar sin previo aviso, dejando mi dinero atrapado sin una solución clara, sin responsabilidad real y sin un proceso formal de escalamiento.

En mi caso, tardaron alrededor de 12 días en resolverlo, y solo recibí una respuesta clara cuando amenacé con cerrar mi cuenta. Antes de eso, tuve que estar insistiendo constantemente para recibir actualizaciones.

Esta app no es lo suficientemente confiable para manejar el dinero de las personas. Tiene demasiados límites, demasiados cargos y un servicio al cliente muy deficiente. Su advisor Andrea me brindó una de las peores experiencias de Customer Success que he visto, afirmando cosas que no coincidían con lo que realmente ocurrió.

Para una fintech, un soporte de “mejor esfuerzo” no es suficiente. No volvería a confiar mi dinero en UGLYCASH. Hay opciones mejores y más confiables.

pesimo , me robaron 2700 $ en transacciones y se tomaron 2 meses para decirme que solo podian devolver 670 $ . no son de confiar no protegen tu cuenta ni tu dinero

Worst platform ever!! Someone hacked our bank card and stole 2500 usd. We immediately informed ugglycash and asked for some details as a friend of us work at VISA and could help us to block the remaining payment. UgglyCash refused to give the information needed and after 3 months they said that they could only get back 600$ as the rest were not filled on time (so básicamente ugglycash did not even take the time to contact ViSA). I will never work with them again and recommend to anyone to avoid it at all cost!!

A día de hoy ya no sirve, ha sido limitada por gran cantidad comercios online, que su función principal para usar Uglycash ya no tiene sentido.
Si intenta utilizar la tarjeta Uglycash con el fin de evitar los impuestos que se suelen aplicar por compras digitales, sepa que esta tarjeta ya no es aceptada en comercios como: Netflix, Microsoft, Amazon, etc.
Al menos para Ecuador ya no sirve.

They advertise its available in Paraguay. When trying to download the app it says... "the app is not available in your country."
Either misleading info on their site, or an issue with the product.
In any case - not trustworthy.

La dejé de usar desde que empezaron a cobrar 1.5usd por recibir transferencias mxn, yo normalmente recibo 200 pesos (10usd) por transacción y que cobren 1.5 usd por cada una es un robo

It’s rare to find a platform that understands our industry’s realities, but Uglycash does — highly recommended.

The information on the app was outdated and mentioned that they did not charge ATM withdrawal fees, so I paid for the card. However, after 3 days they changed their conditions and now charge fees for use at ATMs and others services. By not having this updated information in the application, it was impossible for me to know that they were going to make this change so that I requested a refund, which they did not want to do.

En los 6 meses que tengo usandola no tengo problema dice lo que promete, lo unico que le suieron fue el costo de la tarjeta fisica subio como 40 dolares a RD

Llevo casi 6 meses usandola y no eh tenido ningun problema, ademas las recompensas anuales son muy buenas.

No sé si ugly cash ficciona bien
