UGCMA is the program to join. Depending on your program you can be supported how you chose. I had a coach and mentor Melissa who was amazing to work with, and taught me everything I needed to go out and do UGC on my own. If you want to take this seriously I would highly recommend this program.

I'll be honest — I came in skeptical. I had just been laid off and stumbled across UGC Master Academy, and my first thought was that it might be too good to be true. It wasn't. It was everything they said it would be, and honestly, more.

What surprised me most was realizing I didn't have to start from scratch. Every skill I had built over years in the corporate world — training, communication, strategy — I just had to learn how to use them differently. UGC MA gave me the framework to do exactly that, and it completely changed how I saw myself as a creator.

This program stretched me in ways I never imagined. It pushed me to believe in myself, trust the process, and show up even when it was hard. The community is unlike anything I've experienced — everyone genuinely cheers for you through every step, whether things are going great or not. And the curriculum is clear, structured, and all in one place so you're never left guessing what to do next.

If you're on the fence — just start. It will take real work and it will stretch you, but that's exactly the point. If you put in the effort, you will reap the rewards. I would recommend UGC Master Academy to anyone who truly wants to build something for themselves and is willing to do what it takes to get there.

Almost a year ago, I was searching for a work-from-home job that would let me stay home with my 14 month old —but nothing paid enough or gave me the time I wanted with my son, and I wasn’t going back to work just to pay for daycare.

I joined UGC Mastery Academy as a stay-at-home mom with a baby, knowing I couldn’t realistically go back to a traditional job. Daycare alone would have eaten up most of my income, and my previous career still required me to leave the house and trade more time and physical effort for more money.

Then I came across Sydney yapping about UGC. This was completely different.

UGC Mastery Academy taught me a high-income skill that I could actually scale from home. I went from having zero experience to consistently hitting $5K–$7K months. And the best part is—if I want to make more money, it doesn’t mean working harder physically or sacrificing more time with my son. It’s smarter, not heavier.

This program genuinely changed my life. It gave me a skill I’ll have forever. I feel equipped, confident, and in control of my income in a way I never have before.

Sydney is incredible, and the program walks you through everything you need to actually get your business up and running.

Before joining, I was already doing UGC, but my income was all over the place, $100 here, $1,000 there, BUT nothing consistent enough to actually leave my 9–5. And honestly… that job was toxic. The kind of toxic that sends you to therapy.

I joined because I knew I needed a real plan to get out.

And what surprised me the most is that it wasn’t just about learning how to create content; it completely shifted my mindset. I started thinking differently about money, opportunities, and even my situation. I learned how to be grateful for where I was while still working toward something better.

Then, about 3 months in… I got laid off.
And instead of panicking, I felt it was time to bet on myself for once

I never went back to corporate. I’ve been doing UGC full-time ever since.

I know everyone’s journey looks different, but for me, this only happened because I decided to bet on myself and actually follow what was being taught — step by step.

If you’re thinking about it, just know: it works if you work it.

I started as a student in UGCMA May 2025 and my life is literally SO different because of what I learned. Not only did I learn creative/technical skillset, I also gained so much mindset perspective and training that has allowed me to feel confident in multiple areas of my life, including UGC.

I love that I get to control my own working hours and I actually feel like a real business owner / entrepreneur. I'm so grateful for what I built as my UGC business. The 1:1 coaching, extremely supportive and collaborative community, and invaluable resources within the academy is well worth the price. I love meeting other creators who join UGCMA because it truly feels like we're growing a family :)

My entire experience was amazing. I learned so much through UGC Mastery Academy. I had the best coach Kati Jenkins that guided me and pushed me everyday to show up and try my very best. I now have secured great brand deals because of UGC Mastery. You won’t regret it!

The modules are comprehensive, the community is supportive, my coach was encouraging, and the three times a week community calls add so much knowledge and real life experience.

UGCMA has not only given me the necessary tools to succeed, but also the confidence to pitch brands and negotiate deals like a pro! As a small business owner & a single mother to a teenager- this journey was HARD! I am eternally grateful to my coach Kati for letting me really lean on her in the times when I felt like maybe I bit off more than I could chew. Today I’m 6months past my graduation and I have landed multiple brand deals including 1 retainer client for 4 figures every month. In fact, I have yet to take any gifted collabs because I started getting paid right out the door! Im definitely a diy girly and I built my small business myself from the ground up, but being able to have this built in community of other very successful UGC creators to bounce ideas off or get a second opinion has been absolutely priceless. I take a lot of pride in everything that I do and the way that UGCMA is putting out quality creators & creating a lane of it’s in the UGC world makes me feel so proud to wear the UGCMA badge. If you’re on the fence, I can assure you that if you do what you’re told and put in the reps, you will see success. Before joining the UGC Mastery Academy, I was doing all the research. Trying to figure out UGC on my own and how I could be successful. Sure, I knew how to make a “video” and send an “email” but there was obviously more to it. I knew this was something I wanted to do but on my own, I’d still be trying to figure it out.

Insert the UGC MA that meets you where you are and walks with you through the process of becoming a successful UGC creator. Having a 1:1 couch was a game changer to answer any questions and to celebrate your wins with you, big or small.

Not to mention the community that has been built here. We lift each other up always and want you to win too!

Starting from scratch, plus having someone I knew as my coach was a bonus.
Sydney is incredible! I don’t think she missed anything, broke it down. Explained why something was done a certain way etc…I would love my brain to work that way!. It was worth the expense plus knowing I can go back through the training if I have questions

UGCMA is more than a skill set and a direction to begin creating! It is an invitation into the BEST community, of some of the BEST UGC creators out there.

I was so grateful for the thoughtfulness and care which both Sydney and my personal mentor, Kati, took in my success in business. Kati went above and beyond to make sure I had logistical tools and had belief in me when I wasn’t sure I could do it.

UGC IS HARD WORK. UGCMA will not make you an overnight success. Better for me though, it has helped me understand how I can be a SUSTAINABLE creator who is collaborative with other creators and is not afraid to fail. I’ll be forever grateful!

UGC Mastery Academy has been a life-changing program for me. I started as a student in July 2025 and finished the program in mid Oct of 2025, just looking for supplemental income. As making a huge investment on myself, I had my hesitations. Still, the community, my coach, Sydney Mohni, Jose Diaz, and Hannah T were SO welcoming, and I knew feeling like family was the right decision. When I finished, I slowly made my money back that I invested into the program!

Circling to April of 2026, I now get to coach students in the program (work with an amazing coaching team I ADORE). I quit my corporate job at the end of March 2026, and I also got to do my UGC business full-time.

Thank you to UGCMA for giving me life again! I was at a low in the corporate and you served me and allowed me to find my true purpose to serve other UGC creators and become an entrepreneur, which has been a DREAM of mine since 2017! <3

UGCMA has completely changed the way I approach my UGC business. As someone who had already had some experience, this coaching academy took it to the next level for me. Not only was everything user friendly and easily digestible (especially as a visual learner) it also allowed you to implement those things with the different assignments. The coaches are great and provide instant feedback and if your assigned coach isn’t available another coach is right there to help out. Not to mention the actual community is really nice as well! I will say I think it would be cool so have maybe a community app in the future. I know for me it was difficulty to remain engaged as it’s a website that I had to go to. It was challenging for me as I work full time and it’s easier to access things from my phone quickly. Other than that if you’re looking to start or even enhance your skills UGCMA is definitely worth looking into AND joining!!

I was feeling burnt out in my corporate job when I came across UGC. I tried to do it on my own for the first month and didn't get too far.

When I came across the UGC Mastery Academy and after talking with the advisor, it was a no brainer. Someone who has already been having success in the UGC space who could literally teach me the do's and don'ts so I didn't have to waste more time.

The program itself was very helpful. The videos were the perfect length for me to understand a new concept and then go implement. I loved having tasks to accomplish along the way and a coach to help provide feedback throughout the entire process.

90 days goes by fast, but I know if I didn't take the program, I realistically would have never started because I would have been too frustrated learning it all on my own.

I highly recommend this program to anyone who is serious about starting UGC.

I work full-time and have a family to keep up with, so being able to go at my own pace has been amazing. I can confidently say I wouldn’t be where I am right now without this course.

The support is incredible. There’s always a coach available to answer questions, so you never feel stuck or like you’re figuring it out alone. The weekly coaching calls and the community make such a difference too, it’s like having a whole team in your corner.

I’m so grateful to be part of this program. Also, Sydney is Hilarious & I love her teaching style. It’s real, relatable, and just the right amount of tough love to get you moving when you need it😅! Jessica was my 1:1 coach and I absolutely loved her, so so helpful and supportive the entire way!❤️
