We bid on an auction that was on for 30 days. We won the auction and never received our item. They never reached out to us. We emailed them after 2 weeks of not receiving our item and received the below email response. How do you place an item for auction and not have it!?!? This company is a scam.

“I am sorry to bring to your attention a technical error beyond our control that has caused an oversell discrepancy, meaning we do not have this piece of memorabilia available to fulfill your order.

May I express how sorry I am and would like to offer you the positive resolution options below:

• Exchange, Please let me know of an exchange option from the memorabilia that we have available on our website (of equal value).

• Credit Note, If you can't make up your mind just yet, please accept an extended credit note with no expiry date. Please note this can only be used on our website & not auction platform.

• Refund Of course, this option is available to you and upon your request will be processed back to your original payment method.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and look forward to hearing from you with how you would like to proceed”

I ordered my belt at the beginning of dezember (04.12) with a dispach of 6 weeks. I can not understand why it takes so long and i got my belt now after 3 months!!!

My family paid to have my name on the octagon for ufc 299 back in December. We received an email confirming the order. A week before the fight we received another email saying that everything was good to go, my name was on the canvas. The night of the fight I didn’t notice my name… i rewatched all the fights and made sure to not overlook any part of the octagon. Myself and four other people watched the fights and couldn’t find my name. So, my family emailed the company “memento” and asked which logo my name was under… next day we got a reply saying that my name did not make it on the octagon canvas and offered a spot on ufc301 or a refund. We chose the refund which was refunded within 24 hours.
The part I don’t understand is why did I get a conformation the week of the fights saying my name was on the octagon canvas when it clearly was not…? I wonder how often this happens? I also wonder what would have happened if I had not informed them?
I was very bummed out about this transaction. Everything seemed to be fine. The fights were awesome and some of my favorite fighters were on this card.. and had great performances!!! Instead of having a piece of history framed and on my wall all I have is a bad taste in my mouth. You never know how the fights will go when you pay to have your name in the octagon… your favorites might lose, the card could be lackluster, but that wasn’t the case with UFC 299. It was a great card and I wish my name was on the canvas like it was supposed to be.

I don't recommend this company. I won an auction back in Novemeber. They took my money right away. I waited and my account said pending shipment. I then sent inquiries on the UFC collectables auction site asking for updates. I sent multiple inquiries and got no responses. I Google searched if there was somewhere else to reach out too.

I sent Memento an email asking about my item. I got a response saying sorry to inform you but a technical error out of their control that they don't have the item. I asked why was my money taken and no one reached out to me. All I get told is sorry and pick what you want to do as in credit, another item, or refund. I said refund. They told me 10-14 days and I should get an email saying it was process. Now on day 18 still waiting. Was told they would check the the finance team. Sent another email to be told checking with the financial manager now. Still no refund

Brilliant quality, quick shipping times no matter where you are, customer support is unbelievably great.

I love this website, gives me an opportunity to get signed memorabilia of my favourite fighters in creative products Inc. Canvas in acrylic- canvas photos signed- signed gloves- signed event posters- etc.

Terrible company to deal with, ordered before Christmas and was told the item wouldn't arrive until the new year (which was fair), then contacted them 2 weeks later to ask whether my item had been dispatched to be told they never had it in stock all along! This was after taking the money and receiving no updates!
Seems a bit of a scam company to me so won't be using again. Would not recommend.

I really rarely had to deal with such great customer service. The gentleman who looked after me was really very attentive and helpful. The answers came quickly and I was given the impression at all times that it was all about me.

Slight issue with a signed piece I ordered. From calling to communicating via email with Drew, the customer service was outstanding. Replacement item arranged straight away even adding an additional as a GW gesture. Definitely would go to again for a purchase.

I bought an item that had a very fragile case attached and during shipping one of the parts broke on the case. I emailed the team and sent them the pictures. I asked them for a new case. I was expecting a big fight and figured they would make me ship everything back (which would have be a huge hassle) and instead they sent out a replacement case free of charge right away. Awesome service.

Absolutely a good company. Quick response from Drew when I ask a question. There was a problem with the system (the product that I bought was later out of stock). They give me a another more expensive product for it, great!

I am still waiting on my order said it would be here in 3 days every time I track it all it says is order placed and that’s it no your order has been shipped or is in transit nothing it’s been 9 days and it was a Father’s Day gift that I can’t even give on Father’s Day pretty ridiculous and every time I try contacting someone I get no replies extremely frustrating I wouldn’t recommend buy anything from them at this point

Amazing store, you know your getting legitimate signed gear right from the fighter it was worn by , was even provided photos to help make my frame for the purchase I made , very helpful staff and insanely fast delivery.

Purchased a card wallet over 6 months ago. It was stolen, and thankfully they still had more in stock. They even sent me a discount code for my trouble!
