Love this company
Love this company. The coffee is exceptional as is the customer service. My only criticism is when they run out of my fave coffee and I have to have my next fave. Not a complaint at all but I do love my favourite Honduras.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. We are disheartened to learn that you have potentially encountered a problem with our coffee. This review is the first indication we've had of the issue. We have a very rigerous QC process in our roastery production to include a destoning process of all coffees that leave our roastery floor, making this process 99.9% effective. If you had notified us at the time and sent us visual proof of what the hard object was, we would have been able to better assist you in firstly rectifying this issue and secondly confirming what the foreign object may have been. It is important to clarify these details for other potential customers, as we would have addressed the problem immediately if we had been notified.

Coffee Roasting Course
The coffee roasting course is exceptional for anyone interested in coffee and provides a great insight to the whole process. Would recommend to anyone who is unsure on getting for themselves or as a gift as it exceeded expectations. Some great surprises along the way and is more than value for money for any coffee enthusiast.

The coffee is really good, but missing your pastries
The coffee is excellent, but a change of menu is not so great, sadly. There are a lot of very sweet cakes, doughnuts and biscuits on the counter, but no pastries. Great I suspect if you have a sweet tooth and a good dentist! Maybe these are teething problems so will give the benefit of the doubt. Worth going for coffee alone though.

Home Barista Masterclass
Did the Home Barista Masterclass with Jack. Outstanding. Very professional. I really learned about coffee tasting and new ( to me) coffee bean tastes. Clear and informative. Amazing value at £30 plus you get some lovely coffee to take home.
