Had I received fair treatment and a positive experience, would I have had any reason to criticize you or share this feedback? I had intended to book several lessons, but I changed my mind after witnessing what I consider financial exploitation. Every lesson I attempted to take involved delays of over 30 minutes—sometimes exceeding 40 minutes. In one instance, after the instructor was more than 40 minutes late and never showed up, I had to cancel the lesson myself because I have other commitments and my time is not infinitely available. Despite this, my money was deducted. There was no concern or apology; their only priority was to provide a dismissive response. This company does not strive to improve its services; instead, its responses are consistently disappointing."

I like the app they are using and making payments is easy. The instructor that i have is patient and easy to talk to, and updates the app if he is late or anything.

Paid for five lesson and got four and i paid for them to take me to driving test, they refused and ask me to wait 21 day to investigate, waiting for a response now.

Had a really good experience. Jay is calm and his teaching makes me feel comfortable

Udriveplus I cannot praise this driving school enough.Jay my instructor is highly proffessional in his approach and teaching style.
I have wanted to learn to drive for quiet a while and I did not no what to expect on my first lesson with Jay to the very last he was calm and very approachable which made my lessons very enjoyable
in end I passed my test with no faults at all a driving school which teaches you how to drive rather then just pass the test I feel safe know on the roads and feel I can deal with any situation on the road thank alot Udrive

Horrible driving instructor. No morals, couldn’t care less about the student. Takes money up front for block booking and then delivers appalling service. Cancellations at short notice, turning up late for lessons. Claims to offer door to door service from home or work and to be completely flexible but when it suits him tells you that he is not taxi service and is unable to drop you at home.
This company is a complete con, run by someone that will take your money, deliver a poor service and then give you no refund as per his Ts and Cs. Please avoid!

We also had a dreadful experience with this company. Again, Jay was the instructor and he used coercive tactics to encourage my son to make a block booking, despite the fact I explicitly told them upon booking that this was not something of interest to me.
He even drove my son to the cash point to withdraw money. Shocking business acumen. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Please be advised to avoid this company at all costs. They have incredibly horrible instructors and their terms and conditions should be read thoroughly before starting with them. I had a terrible experience with this company as their instructors cancelled on me without any fault of my own or the instructors in all fairness. When I requested a partial refund, I was told that it was not possible because I had booked a block booking. This is completely absurd. Currently, I am taking legal action against them to get my refund. Therefore, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this company.

Instructor Jay from UDrive+ is really relaxed and easy going when it comes to delivering lessons. Starting to drive can be daunting, although Jay was really patient and encouraged confidence through highlighting my strengths and working on my weaknesses.

In the Coventry area I have tried three different driving schools and they all were expecting flawless driving and forced more advanced methods before I got the grasp on the fundamentals, whereas Jay allowed me to progress at my own pace and pushed to progress at an appropriate skill level.

UDrive+ Jay instructor is a friendly guy that you can have some banter with and if you book the 10hour block lesson, its pretty competitive rates at £30/lesson!

Very good lessons , was straight to the point with consistent lessons, helped me out alot with my weak points and overall a very friendly instructor to work with (Jay)

Bad experience with this driving school, would not recommend. Instructor (Jay) was very unreliable, cancelled or rescheduled lessons frequently and was often very late (without giving any warning). They do not explain their processes properly, apparently having two driving lessons a week isn’t possible unless you book an intensive course. They also have a cancellation policy which means they charge you the full cost of the lesson unless you cancel within 36 hours, but when my driving instructor cancelled/rescheduled over 8 times (sometimes with less than 5 minutes notice), there was no compensation. Also made weird/inappropriate comments at times which made me feel uncomfortable. If you are a young woman I wouldn’t recommend booking lessons with this instructor. Very unprofessional, instead of taking on board the feedback he receives from reviews, instead he responds to negative reviews trying to plead his case and makes up lies. Overall I was very disappointed with my experience, and terminated my lessons with them.

Had my first lesson with jay today, prior to this I’ve had 19 hours with two different instructors, I struggle with lack of confidence and anxiety during lessons, and this is the first time I’ve felt comfortable and confident in the drivers seat! Jay has a good sense of humour & tries to make you feel as comfortable as he can. Really appreciate it!!
