Unsatisfied customer
Amazing, great little store in the heart of downtown Fayetteville, AR. Overall the ambiance, customer service was above average upon entering the store. I went to purchase a hat for 29.00 dollars at the register. Here is what I amazingly encountered. The clerk asking my email, telephone number and address. Honestly it was distasteful in a variety of ways. Here let me explain how stores request your information for free or upon consent in many different forms. Once given they will sale you a product then in return sale your information out to a wide array of companies for profit upon the free information you provided. What a shame. It can’t be as simple as just walking in paying cash or credit and if a refund is need the receipt simply works. They will not get any business from me or my family. Thank you so much.

Had just what I was looking for
Had just what I was looking for and arrived fast. I really like this Kuhl top for cold days. I am 5’2”, about 118 lbs and got the small since I wanted a loose top. Sleeves are long for me but I tuck them under and it works fine.

Full shipping charge per item?
I understand having to charge shipping but when I was going to buy a second item it doubled the shipping charge. That’s a complete no go for me. So I only bought one item instead of two.

I ordered sun glasses and a yeti cup. The yeti cup was canceled, but showed as available when I ordered it. It’s just frustrating when a company’s website does not match what they actually have in stock. Don’t have something up if it’s not available.
