Poor customer service
Poor customer service, inaccurate website. Purchased a rear MTB wheel only on the site. Got a message the next day saying they only come in pairs, no exceptions, even though the website is wrong. Hassle and waste of time. Thought the shop would just fix it, make an exception, etc. but customer is not the priority apparently. Just go to a different shop.

Best customer service!
We had a great experience! We went to the 2206 East Highland Drive Suite 200, Jonesboro, AR 72401 location. James was extremely helpful and patient with me. He was very personable when I asked his honest opinion about what he thought of the shoes I tried on. I have a big foot and always have problems finding my size in stores in womens. So I usually have to buy mens shoes. James was more than happy to see if they had my size in both mens and women's. Then he offered to order the shoes I really wanted but wasn't able to try on and have them shipped to my house! So we went with the option! I don't live in the state but visit often. I would pick him out to work with again.
Then the checkout process was a breeze. Kimberly was super nice and even gave my kids a quarter each to get a gumball from the machine. She actually told me about reviewing! I've been to this location more than a dozen times but this was by far the best experience I've had! None have ever been bad but this time was just memorable. You guys are rocking the customer service area!
