Have shopped at Uncle Dans/Gearhead for years and have always had great experiences. We went shopping there on Sunday (6/17) and were quite unhappy with the experience. There were three of us looking for items and the clerks were totally uninterested in helping us. They did not greet us when we entered the stir - nor did they once ask if they could assist us. My husband found a couple items to buy, and when he went to pay he had to stand by the counter and wait until one of the two clerks turned around from visiting with the other clerk. There ere some other shoppers in there that were like wise being ignored!

Ignorant people. Walked in to look for some outdoor gears. Was never greeted or talked to. Never was approached by any of store staff. I had to ask and when did, two different people didnt even look at me. Made me feel like I didnt belong there or they act like I couldnt afford anything there. I continue my observation and they were all smiles and happy when it came to other people. Maybe I wasnt their skin type. Screw that place. Dont deserve a penny from me.

It was a very good experience. Even notifications were solid, the price was very good, the package arrived quickly, nothing could’ve been better.

Item I purchased incorrect description

Great personalized experience. They knew I needed my order by a certain date and even called worth a follow up to let me know when my order should arrive! No armory to up sell with pricy shipping.

Fast and accurate

I was buying a gift card. No where on the order does it ask where to send it. It automatically goes to the person buying it. I wanted it as a gift for my daughter in law in another state. She got it by me forwarding it to her. Don’t think I’ll do it again
