Working with Ubiquitous has been great. Trying to manage an influencer campaign in-house is quite the job, and they have taken the reins and driven us to some real success. What I really liked about their services was the paid ad amplification that they handled for us on TikTok, Meta, and Youtube. That took our organic content and turned it into over-performing ads.

We had a Strategist and a Campaign Manager who co-piloted the campaign from start to finish. Started off with a kickoff call where we met the team, realigned on goals, and they shared our project tracker. We were in constant communication throughout the whole campaign, approving creators, rates, and creative. They did all the heavy lifting with creator sourcing, negotiation, and publishing, which was great. Saved us a ton of time so all we had to do was review and approve stuff. We had a Slack Channel where we communicated everything and the Project Tracker was a Google Sheet they kept updated on a daily basis. Fairly lo-fi but effective. Kept things simple and made it easy for us to keep track of everything on our end.
Results: Really strong. We saw a $1.69 CPM and got 7.5M views in total. The creative on all the posts was on point and put the product front and center as the "main character" in the TikTok. And it didn't feel like an ad. We genuinely enjoyed watching them. Some creators were better than others (we had 10 total) but the aggregate results were excellent. Corresponded with a spike in sales as well. We would have continued but TikTok shut down alcohol advertising right when the campaign ended.
