Malheureusement pour ma part c'est ma première banque hors ligne. Et j'utilise leur carte Visa internationale. Je viens de conseiller ma femme et ma fille à ouvrir leur compte épargne avec UBA RDC

UBA is the worst bank i have ever dealt with. Customer service is 0 and extremely frustrating. Especially when you’re out of Nigeria, and in this case I would advice you look elsewhere.

Banking experience is 0 and when you get debit error and banking issues, just be ready for a roller coaster ride.

After I made the previous review.left a message on the UBA Cameroon 🇨🇲 LinkIn account got a message from the boss of the customer service department and I was called from Cameroon by a colleague of his and my problem was solve within two hours

Improved services unlike the early days of using this institution for my business. The deduction they make are the essential ones and the interest rate is better now.

My experience with UBA is better when I was in Nigeria. My online app stopped when I travelled and all my efforts to bring it back were all in vain.
I have been writing them to reactivate my account for a long time and have submitted all the documents they requested from me still nothing has been done and no hope of getting it done because I have been writing them and wasted my money in calling them but whenever I experienced an issue with some other banks they would get it done within 48hrs. M

Cette banque est une poubelle. Trop d'amateurisme. Personnels incompétents. Service nul de Chez nul. Je déconseille fortement aux gens d'ouvrir un compte dans cette poubelle de banque. UBA=Caca

if i can get a zero i will be happy to rate you one. taking over four months now of emails back and forth to have my account reactivated. the respond rate is zero it take over 2 week to get an email responds and the worst of it is the fact that they will lie in an official email that carry the official company name that they called you when they did not. UBA get your staff to speed this is 2024 but your bank operation still runs likes you are in the 80s

I wish trust pilot reviews had (NEGATIVE). Honestly, UBA doesn’t deserve even a STAR. The whole process from Customer service, customer support, online transactions, even common OTP messages and bank logins, ATM withdrawals don’t work. UBA CAMEROON in particular is just total rubbish and trash. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed. To hell with you guys.

I ordered an uba today .it parked in the centre of my rd ,around 20 houses away from my home .i got in ,and got to destination .driver never spoke ,…uba charged me twice for this ride ,I am going to dispute this after my NatWest transaction comes off pending .1st time using these ,not impressed so far

UBA has refused to pay the IHS refund they received via Worldpay. The funds were paid in batches: first payment was made to UBA on 2022/09/16 and the second batch was made on 2023/04/11. The Home Office has shared every detail about the transactions and same have been forwarded to UBA for several months now, yet UBA is not releasing the funds.

Poorest customer service. They claim 24/7 service but far from that. For the UBA Group in Ghana, when you call customer service, you are placed on a promo for about 15 minutes until you give up and hang up

This bank's incompetence and rudeness is one of the worst I have ever seen. I do not understand how bad this place is. I am still recovering from their rubbish. They debited my account(their regular trademark) and kept telling me they would refund the money in three days every three days.

UBA are thieves , 911 . Their intergrity is -zero.
I sent my sis money on June 2023 from United state via TapTap app , the money delivered. On Nov 23 2023 they debit money from my sisters account reason telling her the money i sent to her account on June 2023 was sent back to the owner .
The sender do not have naira account , I contacted TAptap and they gave me details that the money went through . Same day my sister went to the bank and they immediately refunded and send her money back to her account . Unbelievable Nigeria where are we heading to !!!! SHAME UBA

Approximately a month ago, I initiated a fund transfer through UBA Bank to a recipient at First Bank. To my dismay, despite being debited promptly, the intended recipient never received the funds. This has caused inconvenience and financial strain, as the purpose of the transfer was time-sensitive.
Following the failed transaction, I promptly contacted UBA Bank's customer service to seek assistance in resolving the issue. However, my experience with their customer support has been equally disheartening. The responses I received were vague and lacked the urgency one would expect in such a situation. It is disconcerting that an entire month has passed, and the matter remains unresolved.
Particularly troubling is the lack of transparency regarding the reasons behind the transaction's failure. I expected the bank to conduct a thorough investigation and provide me with a clear explanation for the delay and failure of the funds to reach the intended recipient. Unfortunately, I have been left in the dark with no concrete information about the status of my funds.
This incident has severely shaken my trust in UBA Bank, as it highlights a fundamental flaw in their system and raises questions about the security, integrity, and reliability of their services. The bank's failure to promptly rectify the issue reflects poorly on its customer service and commitment to ensuring seamless and secure financial transactions.
I strongly urge UBA Bank to address this matter urgently, provide a detailed investigation account, and expedite the resolution process. I hope they improve their customer service and communication protocols to prevent others from experiencing similar frustrations.
In conclusion, my experience with UBA Bank in this instance could have been better and eroded my confidence in their services. I sincerely hope that the bank takes swift action to rectify this situation and works towards ensuring the trust and satisfaction of its customers in the future.

Uba bank is rubbish
I went to bank today for me to withdraw only for them to tell me my picture is not showing I asked for fingerprint they told me no it rubbish I have to use my last money in my opay account to go to bank hoping to get money now I have to sleep hungry when I'm meant to take my six hours drugs you guys should upgrade your banking system and again it your bank fault I gave them my picture they didn't put it what is now the need of calling yourself united bank of Africa when your workers are rude and not on there sit working

Uba, you are highly unprofessional and you integrity is questionable as a brand. You have be postponing my transfer request since the beginning of this month even until now. You kept promising me new resolution date even after all checks has been done on me as a customer since over two weeks. I have been bitter as you have denied me of getting my school fees payment done despite all my pleads and reminders to your cfc and video validation team..

Great service...lost wallet on a boat trip on the Thames ...and the staff found and contacted me ...so that I could retrieve it ..that was so lovely and made me trip even better...thank you UBA for your honesty ❤️
