Je déconseille formellement cette agence. Ils m'ont envoyé un document soit disant justifiant le refus de ma demande de visa. Mais après vérification approfondie, du document fourni , il révèle être un faux manifeste.

Voici les preuves techniques relevées (visibles sur les captures d'écran) :

Données temporelles impossibles : Format de date ISO erroné (2026-01-015), syntaxe techniquement impossible sur un système automatisé officiel.

Incohérence des identifiants : Numéro de demande à 14 chiffres alors que le portail officiel ICP en exige au moins 15.

Discordance linguistique : Les numéros de référence diffèrent entre la version anglaise et la version arabe sur le même document.

Erreurs de traduction grossières : Nationalité mal orthographiée et confusion de genre dans la section arabe.

Anachronisme : Utilisation d'un logo de Dubaï obsolète depuis plusieurs années.

Je compte transmettre le dossier aux autorités consulaires des EAU et à la plateforme eCrime de la police de Dubaï. Une mise en demeure de remboursement a été envoyée. Passez votre chemin pour éviter une anarque.

I am very disappointed with the service provided for my Pakistan Tourist Visa application.
I applied from Dubai for myself and my 10-year-old daughter (both European passport holders). I made a minor mistake in the application by entering my country of origin as the place of stay and immediately contacted the company to correct it. Unfortunately, despite two weeks of repeated emails and phone calls, the issue remains unresolved.
Each response comes from a different agent who does not review the full email history, resulting in repetitive communication and no clear resolution. There appears to be a lack of coordination and case ownership.
For a paid visa assistance service, I expected professional support and timely handling of such matters. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience.

Paid more than 300$ for an express 24 to 48h Visa for my wife to Dubai. More than four days later, no tracking number, nor official answer.
They are issuing now Refund for the express delivery fee.

Hi these agency runs a bogus website for bali visa. Please dont apply from them. These agency is fraud. And doesn’t reply any email. Just reply for money.

The response and directions were very clear and understandable. So it was easy to submit all the documents as per requirement of the immigration. Once submitted the visa was issued in less than a day.

After weeks of delays, repeated document requests, and claims that my application was “under review,” finally ,I applied through a different visa service provider using the same passport, my UAE visa was approved within 2 hours!!

This clearly indicates that uaevisa.ae never submitted my application but charged me 400 usd . For two weeks they kept stringing me along , telling lies

uaevisa.ae This is not a reliable visa service. It has been 19 days and they still give the same answers. My flight is tomorrow and I won’t be able to make it because of this scam platform. Also because of this company, I will lose all the money I spent on this trip. Don’t ever use this service No reference number is given, communication is generic, and there is no accountable contact or verifiable business presence. Advertised processing timelines are not respected. I will be reporting this service to official consumer protection authorities. Never trust this website. Travelers should not use this service.

This is a scam with capital S, first and foremost they are not based in UAE they claim to be headquartered in Singapore and Hong Kong whichever place they are based they are heartless scammers. A bunch of fake non English speakers who can ruin your travel plan just like that. It just makes me wonder how Google had let them stay on their platform with all these negative reviews.

This is the worst Visa services ever and i regret why I didn’t follow my first instinct and not use them. They keep stalling me and not providing the visa application number the least. I applied on the 22 of November and until date I haven’t gotten any solid feedback. The company, keeps sending emails asking me to be patient. For how long can I be patient without any proof my visa application was actually submitted. I have filed for complaint on the necessary authorizes, and I’ve officially opened an investigation with the police. I need my visa or full refund. Never recommend them to anyone. Don’t be a victim . I’m just waiting on the police feedback.

They were fast. A little bit overpriced, but not fake most importantly. I applied for visas for 3 people. And got all visas within 72 hours.

I've applied for UAE visa and they refused to send me the application number or even the submission receipt, they say it is not allowed as they applied to UAE immigration with their private F*** account, They didn't reply to any of the communication channels and when I sent them emails, they just sent an automated reply. I paid $632 and I've paid another visa fees to another authorized agent to finalize my visa, I had to do this because I'll lose my tickets and all reservations
