I love this card and have been using it for a few years now. Everything is handled the exact way a bank would deal with you. The app has everything you need to help you and is very easy to navigate with options for any queries. Contacting the customer support team is also included in the app if you really need this service and their response is prompt. Although I have rarely needed to do this as I can always get what I'm looking for on the app or their online site. I would recommend this card to anyone who like myself, doesn't use any banking debit/credit cards as it does exactly the same as bank cards but without the fees or charges and it is accepted almost everywhere.

I use this account regularly it's easy to upload from a bank account and shops, low fees and great customer service. Use this card without any worries. I can highly recommend it.

It's very simple to use just go to a PayPal and top up what you need on to your card , you know your safe I only put on the amount I need

Good bank just a pain if you have a simple issue as takes 24hrs for customer services to reply via inbox not direct live chat contact or call centre

With this account you are unable to pay in by BACS and no option for banking a cheque.Then they charge you £1 per transaction.

U account has been a life saver, very easy to use app and helps to save money. I have been using U account since 2018 till date and I have never regretted doing so as I use the account for almost all my day to day activities.
