I have found my Uaccount easy to use, pay the ££ in and then use it with your card to pay for items in all sorts of shops - anywhere which accepts visa. Simple:-)

I've been with u account for a couple of years and they have come along great they had a couple of blunders in the beginning but came through the other side and are really good if i could change a couple of things it would be being able to see your balance at an atm and not being charged a pound for every transaction and withdrawal and also that your money goes in at midnight rather than 3:30 am but other than that i would and have recommended them to other people

Ok so why don't I use NFC on my phone? Actually, if you do online banking on your phones, do you have anti-hacking protection installed? Having a U Account which I top-up £100 every week from my (protected) laptop is a super easy compromise. I carry around a U Account bank card but actually, that still works well in my purse.

I felt safe and secure when banking with U money. Great experience.

Unfortunately the website has gone downhill. Many parts of the site don’t work. The card section had an error message saying “try again” 6 months ago. I still have that today so closed my account.

This is a great platform for those who just want an inexpensive way of banking, alary in bills out. Transfers are immediate, just missing European transfers, but for UK perfect. Love the white card.

Very easy top up very clear fee just have the pay

This bank is so simple iv been with them for 4 years now and no complaints that have come a long way.

Never get into debt top up and spend what yo put on

For me it’s the bank account that does everything I need without the hassle of going to the bank! Excellent!

The account is basic which is good but it is impossible to keep track of how much you are spending as the running total is always incorrect. I have contacted them repeatedly to be told to ignore that and just use the large amount showing how much is left in the account.

It is so easy to open a Monzo account or something similar with no charges that I see no place in the market for an account that charges to transfer and to take cash out at a cash point.

I find my Uaccount very useful. I use it for purchases online and only have enough funds for that particular purchase. This is safer as my account that receives pay cannot be tampered with. There are lots of scams out there. I recommend Uaccount to anyone for this purpose. I also find it useful to have money paid in from online accounts such as casinos. It does take 3 days to come in though. Highly recommended also is the almost instant cash transfers. At 99p it’s not to expensive but very convenient. I have never been let down by my Uaccount to date. Regards Andrew.
