Marker Pens at Typo
I was contemplating buying a set of 72 marker pens that were in store for 30% off, had a look online and they were 40% off. Its frustrating that they can't match prices in store, it seems like such a waste of packaging to have to then order online. The 40% sale then ended abruptly so I ended up buying in the Typo store at Meadowhall, Sheffield. The store was busy but still easily accessible. The marker pen set that I bought has great colour selection and are really pigmented. However, the colour on the lid doesn't quite match up to the colour that comes out. I'm happy that I didn't pay full price for them (£60)!!!
I've been into Typo stores before where at the till I've been bombarded with "because you've spent £10 you can get half off any socks" or "Anything by the till is £5 with your purchase today" which I CANNOT stand... However, my in-store experience this time was perfect!
Order not dispatched
After a week of placing an order I spoke with them using Live Chat & was assured that order would be dispatched in next 24hrs. 2 1/2 days later contacted them again and was advised to contact DPD myself, there is no UK contact centre. I’ve ended up asks for a full refund but not confident that will happen.
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Utter Crap
Buy items online, delivered by hermes...Really!!!! Went on hermes to check and some randoms front door instead of mine. Contacted customer service who tell me it is my problem to chase hermes....I bought from you not hermes.

I threatened legal action and was refunded, should not have got to that stage what a useless company.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Explained the item was faulty to the customer service agent on live chat. To then be rudely told that it isn’t faulty. I had to screenshot what the item should look like to what I’ve purchased, for the agent to then not apologise. I was then told they couldn’t do anything for me. Shocking
Staff bugging people
Oh my goodness the staff were like flies both times we went?! Every step I took all of the staff came rushing to tell me the specials and they won't get off my butt, like really they bugged be every step of the way and going on with me even if I said no I'm not interested in buying this or that goodness we can't shop in peace anymore at Typo, such a shame because we love Typo

Generally like typo items, so was excited when a couple of water bottles were 40% off.
Unfortunately the price advertised is not the price that comes up on the checkout page. When I spoke to someone about it, all they could do was refund the extra payment after I placed the order?? So I have to pay twice as much for my items before I recieved them then email the order number and then customer services will refund me the over payment?????
NO!!!! Just sort out the payment screen so I am paying the amount advertised!!

Typo - Amazing items, quick delivery
Typo has an amazing selection of products. For the first time, I placed an online order and was not disappointed. I placed it 9pm one night and two days later the whole order arrived. The products are of good quality and I have had countless in-store positive experiences. Would definitely recommend!
Typo customer service.
Very good service. They welcome me into the shop. At first I thought that they we suspicious of me into the shop. But they come to me to ask if i need any help which is a great as i need help before i can ask they come to me and ask. So far has been a lot of review that says Typo customer service is not great. But it is different for different day. Different people different experience
Worst customer service I have ever received
Placed an order online on the 3rd of dec 2020 and I am currently still waiting on the order being delivered.
I have contacted typo through live chat as this is the only way you can contact them to be told that it’s been shipped but they don’t know where it is!!
I have also contacted them three times now to make a complaint and to ask for someone to contact me directly and I am currently still waiting, going on 72 hours waiting on someone contacting me. I have now been told that I have to wait until Monday for further updates which means it will have been 5 days without anyone contacting me as requested!
DO NOT BUY from them as they really don’t care about the customer and tell you orders take 3-5 days to be delivered even after you tell them you have been waiting 8DAYS for it to be delivered. And as you can clearly see no one contacts you regarding anything.
They are so quick to accept your money but when I comes to delivering they couldn’t care less!
Very bad service and charging your card twice
Avoid their Westfield Stratford store. They charged my card twice, I raised it with my bank which said I should speak to the merchant. I came back to the store two days after the transaction and explained the situation, they were most unhelpful; the assistant said that the manager wasn’t in and that she couldn’t do anything about it and that I need to ring up the customer services and raise with them. They’re ripping you off and then just passing the problem to someone else rather than trying to own it and resolve it. Shop elsewhere or pay with cash, I don’t trust them anymore
Three months and no refund
I returned an item OVER THREE MONTHS AGO and I still haven't received a refund! Their customer service is useless!

Amazing company that sells cheap products that are not bad quality! I've order 5 times off this site now and have no complaints at all. One order came to above £60 (room decor) and not a single slip up.
If anything the only complaint I have is that the notebook paper can be quite thin at times, so isn't suitable for ink-heavy markers ie staedler / crayola

Customer service is a joke
Customer service is a joke, ordered twice and one order was wrong and another order had a faulty item in. Customer service clearly doesn't read the emails properly which is clear from the responses. Nothing has been sorted out. Shame as they do some cute things but will avoid from now on.

I shared an honest review on their website and it got denied as it did not "meet all their website guidlines". The r7eview explained one of the products I had recieved was dirty, although one of he customer service team members was able to support me and sort this out as the nearest store to me is far away and it was over the Christmas, although i am still waiting for my refund after almost a month.

I presented in store on the 29/12/2019 in order to pick up the order number #W00010010672 which I made on the 01/12/2019, I was then sent an email saying it was ready for collection on the 04/12/2019. I then received a reminder email to pick up my order on the 14/12/2019, to pick up the order before the 03/01/2020, which I have email references for all of them.
I presented in store and I was served by a staff at the branch in Islington named Darren - till receipt can also be included for reference - and I was informed that my order had been returned as I had not presented within two weeks of notification that my order was ready for collection in store. However this does not reference back to the previous email I had received asking me to collect my order in store before the 03/01/2020, I have not received any email informing me that my order had been returned, nor has a refund been made to the bank account that I used to purchase the products. No reference was given, nor was a customer service number given in order to chase up on my missing order. The staff member serving me was unhelpful and unable to provide me to any specifics unto whether a refund was going to be made, what the actual policy is regarding how long you hold products in store after delivery, and was generally unhelpful and useless in every regard with no transparency. This is appaling customer service and I am disgusted to have purchased products from such an unreliable source which I will definitely not be revisiting in the near future. For the moment, I would like to know where exactly my order has gone, and I would like a full refund as no one has contacted me regarding it. I have paid the full amount, not had any products, and am still waiting for a response as to how I am getting anything back. Thank you. I can attach documentation if necessary under attachments but I believe you can work on the reference numbers that I have provided if you have any functioning IT systems at all.
