I saw another person's creation using Typeset and had a question about how something was done. Very quickly Larry responded and through a series of emails, he helped me understand how to do this particular thing. I was very impressed with the quick turn-around of each reply. Awesome!

Took me a few minutes but wow is this software incredible. Built a webinar and E-book in minutes and have so much more planned. A++ woudl give it 6 stars if I could..

After a few days trying to figure out the program, I realized that it was not suitable for my limited tech skills. I reached out to Typeset and Ash responded. We had a very pleasant conversation (email) and my payment was immediately refunded. I am sure the program is a great one, it's just not for me.

I bought the monthly subscription and started to work through my first eBook. In the middle of the process, I reached out to customer service asking for some advice. Rather than just give me advice, they sent me an 3 different packets of information as well as a few videos on the topic. I was not expecting that level of support. They really exceeded my expectations.

I'm a very experienced tech user who just started using this product because I saw a presentation on Samcart about how you can easily create a simple-sell book. I decided to check it out. I also own Designrr and Canva and am an author and management consultant. I was very impressed with how quickly I could slam one of my documents into it, and have it almost instantly arrange things on the page with art.

This product is limited because you can only download as PDF but in today's world, that can be enough! It's certainly more fun than anything else I've tried, and the AI isn't annoying.

You put your text in and it designs it on the fly.

Their tech support, especially Ash, is just awesome. You can believe that I've taken up a lot of time asking questions. My take-away? For slides: I do decks for a living and wasn't interested, but tried it and it's pretty great. Easy to quickly view any idea as a deck - almost no work.

They offer some rudimentary style support (e.g. pagination, etc., and integrations that I haven't tried.)

I'm impressed and have just extended my bucket of tools to include Typeset for good.
