Excellent service and communication, Teut had given a breakdown of services and costs before work had commenced and once work had started there were emails keeping me up to date.
Turn around time for refurbishment was on time and my items were packaged well for returns delivery.
The work carried out was to an excellent standard and my forks look like new, I am very impressed with the overall look and quality of work.

I was looking for help regarding the rear suspension on my Scout Bobber. After doing some research I found TW Tech Suspension.
I bought a pair of second hand Ohlins and took them to Teut at TWTS and he told me what was required to repair and set them up to match my weight, height and bike specifics.
He has an excellent work ethic, professional setup and has a great team working alongside him! Without any doubts, I would highly recommend TWTS to anyone looking for a first class suspension setup or if you have any suspension issues whatsoever, he is your man!

I recently contacted TW Suspension Tech to enquire about servicing and setting up the front and rear Ohlins shocks on my BMW. I contacted them initially by e-mail and received a prompt and personal response from Teut that day. He confirmed that he was able to do the work and provided an idea of the expected charges and lead time. Teut provides an amazing service, and you can see how much he cares about the work he provides. I had my 04 Fireblade in for a full suspension service, and upgraded springs. Super happy with the work. And he makes a cracking brew!

The new rear shock from tractive has addressed the failings of the standard Honda suspension.uprated spring to suit my requirements ,effective rebound damping, easy to adjust spring preload with remote adjustment which covers with and without pillion weight & luggage. The change took a full day due to Honda’s design (vertical top mount) under petrol tank ,rear wheel and exhaust all removed and fairing & side panels ,seat.remote adjuster fits on original mount with new plate.

Placed an order for a spring (which the website stated would arrive in 4-6 weeks) and had a call the next day to let me know that the part was ordered and mentioned the small wait again to make sure i was aware.
