customer service re returns
Having ordered an item in January ,
I had to return the same. The process is not fit for purpose, I have been unable to speak to anyone only an automatic message which is unable to answer me.
Very poor customer service
Follow up call and finally managed to speak to the shop who have agreed a refund
Many thanks for your prompt response

Dear Mark,
Thank you for sharing your honest experience. Although we believe that we provided adequate customer service, the refund was promptly issued as soon as the issue was raised with us over the phone.
Returns from England can often involve additional challenges and fees so unfortunately we sometimes experience delay, which can be frustrating. While we regret that the overall experience did not meet your expectations, we hope our swift action to resolve the matter shows our commitment to supporting our customers.
Thank you for your understanding.
Kind regards,
The TW Menswear Team
