I looked at this company as believe it or not we were looking to change our contactless payment rings for the 3rd time! The 1st company stopped trading and the new replacement his and her contactless payment rings we bought, well the better half lost hers so rather than going back to the same place and just getting a replacement, we decided to both have a new set of his and hers contactless payment rings, which is where TWINN come in.
Looked online at the companies that were selling contactless payment rings, and TWINN stood out as they had the better designed rings.
However trying to contact then is a slow process as they are not the quick on getting back to you, and because we want their contactless payment rings we gave TWINN a little bit of time to get back to us. in their responses.
We bought the two 7mm metal design rings, which we are please with and very easy to set up and we already had the Curve App on our phones, we just need to download the TWINN App.
The website shows "Free UK delivery. Ships in 1–2 working days" but if me it was like 10-12 days, but worth the wait as these were the items we wanted.
I've only give 4 stars but if TWINN had been quicker in responding to emails and posting the items then this would have been a 5 star review

sent back three rings that stoped working in december 2025.waiting over three months for refund .keep saying on its way .a nightmare to deal with.

I haven't received it for 4 weeks, zero communication. They didn't even respond to my complaint!

Twinn was the first payment ring i tried and they didn't fail. Linking with Curve to give added online security is a plus for me. Had my ring over a year now and it works well at all new payment terminals in uk. I used it abroad and even got cashback in Thailand !! Slick and cool way to pay, phones n cards are oldskool lol. I literally dont leave home without it nowadays.

Great customer service. I had an issue with sizing and I found the team super helpful in getting this resolved. I love the ease of just being able to pay without carrying my phone around, especially when I’m out on a run ! Would highly recommend.

As an overstimulated girlie who gets flustered at the checkout this has worked wonders.
Customer service is responsive and helpful when I ordered the wrong size. Couldn't be happier with Twinn and recommend it to everyone who asks questions about my ring.
Not having to charge it is one of it's biggest perks for me, it's aways ready to go.

I’ve been using the Twinn payment ring for a while now and honestly it’s one of the most convenient pieces of tech I’ve ever owned. Being able to make contactless payments with just a tap of my ring is incredibly quick and effortless — no phone, no hassle. Setup was straightforward even for a dinosaur like me! They were really supportive when I did have a couple of questions and I found the customer service email super fast, no issues at all.

The ring itself looks great, feels comfortable, and because it doesn’t need charging it’s something I can just wear every day without thinking about it. It’s also a real conversation starter — people are always amazed when they see me pay with a ring and they want to know more about it.

So if you like simple, practical technology that genuinely makes your life easier, I’d highly recommend Twinn. Brilliant idea and a fantastic product.

I’ve been using the ring for a while now and I have to say it’s been brilliant. The convenience of being able to pay without having to get my phone or wallet out makes a big difference day to day, especially when you’re out and about.

It’s quick, easy to use and works reliably. I also contacted customer service with a couple of initial questions when I first got it and they were very responsive and helpful, which always gives you confidence in a product.

Overall I think it’s a great idea that’s been executed really well. The newer designs look fantastic too – in my opinion they’ve really improved the style while keeping the practicality.

Very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

Love using my Twinn. Really easy to use, looks great and a fantastic bit of tech. Very smooth process from order to doorstep. I always get people asking me about it - so hopefully they will have their own soon.

Customer service brilliant. Loved using my ring until I broke it, snagged it on a door handle, emailed twinn they gave me a discount to buy another ring, new one on its way. Great service and a fantastic product. Love my twinn ring.

Really love using my Twinn Ring. Have had it over a year, must have done 1,000 transactions and still get amazed looks from people in cafes / shops etc.
I can't understand why everyone one does not have a Ring - best bit of tech I have ever got (and I have a lot!).

It appears this company no longer exists! Cannot link to Curve account and emails not answered! Tapster are far better!

We have now moved forward and been advised that we will be taking LEGAL ACTION against Twinn ie RICKY who’s been dealing with our Enquiry and for claiming that the Rings Wearables we sent back are from another Wearable Provider we have all evidence from receiving the Rings Wearables which we took pictures of and just before we returned them, now RICKY is claiming these are not their Wearables meaning they don’t want to take responsibility for their PRODUCT. This will be put all over Social Media and all Media Outlets letting people know about RICKY and his decisions. WATCH THIS SPACE

Bought a ring from Twinn doesn’t connect to my cuvee account i send 1000 of emails and no one get back to me. I think i got scam
I want to return but i don’t know how as they not replay

Have used Twinn before and the customer service was great HOWEVER they now seem to have been taken over and there’s absolutely no customer service at all.

I ordered a replacement ring last week. It still hasn’t been dispatched despite the website claiming they dispatch within 2-4 days.

They don’t respond to emails and have no phone number so basically you’re on your own.

They are also now listed as a dormant company on companies house, have only £10 in their bank accounts and the new " CEO " ( No we’re not talking Jeff Bezos or Elon Musk 😉 ) used to be a director of the now defunct McLear.

Ordered 5 days ago but not dispatched, emailed 2 days ago and 1 day ago no reply
