I'd avoid this place
I'd avoid this place, it leans heavily towards the predator practices of taking money from freelancers trying to find jobs.
It claims there are free accounts and way to apply for jobs, but they're super limited. In some instances they just don't work at all. I can only imagine its designed to cause you enough frustration you'll upgrade to pro.
Confirmation emails arrive after a long wait, even after clicking the link you still can't update your bio.

É uma empresa de ROUBO
É uma empresa de Fraudie, disseram que ia me pagar pós um serviço de tradução de 50 páginas. Depois do serviço feito, disse que eu teria que pagar 100€ para poder receber meu pagamento pelo serviço que EU fiz. Logo após eu dizer que não pagaria até porque eu não tinha esse dinheiro. Eles me ameaçaram, começaram a me ligar por chamada de vídeo fazendo cenas explícitas de sexo, o puro abuso! Empresa gananciosa, após eu realizar 3 denunciar do contato com o nome de "Dixen Bray" e foto de mulher no perfil, sua localização estava no Reino Unido, então denunciei lá, o número de contato era da Nigéria (+234 703 363 2084), também denunciei lá, e por fim Portugal pois moro aqui. Também denunciei o contato de Banco que ela me enviou, dizendo que eu iria conseguir retirar meu dinheiro, e quando vi no Google era uma loja disfarçada, o nome do banco é "POS BANKING SERVICESE". Essa empresa mente e iludi dizendo que vai ter um ótimo trabalho, no fim é apenas exploração das piores!

LMAO I made an account as an video editor. They show me application limit reached however I haven't applied in any job and the said you can apply 15 job in a month in free plan but I can't apply in one.

Does not let you fill out jobs without signing up with your credit card
Posts ads on linkedin that then fake you out and require you to register on their website to submit the application. No matter how recent the job is, Twine says that "This job has reached it's [sic] application limit for free accounts" and prompts you to sign up for the "free trial". There is no way to actually take jobs without giving them your CC info.
It's interesting that basically all the positive reviews on this page come from accounts with only one review ever.
