Twiddy is a great company to work with. Unfortunately the house we re booked was unavailable after we secured it with a deposit. This caused us some distress and we had to gamble on an unfamiliar house. But all in all twiddy is a great company to work with!

Been going to the same Carova Beach home for years, renting through Twiddy, and have always enjoyed our stay. Whenever I had concerns with hurricanes, condition of home, etc., they have taken the time to make sure my questions were answered and issues resolved to the best of their ability.

We have been renting through Twiddy for a million years. Office staff is always professional and thorough before we get there and extremely prompt with any issues that arise while we are there. They are always sensitive to our needs.

Reservation process & check-in process very efficient. Loved the house, it was clean & well equipped. Only reason there are 4 stars is because we reported a broken door handle that couldn't be locked immediately when entering the property & although we received a reply thanking us for the report, it was not fixed during our stay & we felt very uncomfortable leaving the property unlocked when we left.
Appreciate that we could put a hold on the house for this year & we will be returning. Hopefully, the door handle/lock is operative.
