I decided to do things differently following Twenix's way It is Twenixs way or the highway I even changed my persona and the numbers kept falling, but the rating system caused me a lot of stress. Now, I'm hesitant to recommend it to my friends because it feels like it could be harmful. The tough part is, I don't know who's in charge of the rating system, making it even more confusing, by the way, This company asks me to be a 4,8 teacher and look at THIER RATINGS ONLINE THEY ARE 4,3 how can you ask me to be something you are not. THIS IS NOT MY DIARY SO THIS IS MY LAST COMMENT before I get fired, How can I be 5,0 in the first week without any experience in Twenix and then end up with a 4,5 6 months later I would think I would improve, so manipulation or SILENT FIRING maybe there somewhere, I love their personnel but this is killing me.Yes GUYS I GOT FIRED So here is a message to TWENIX you guys are terrible!

it is a good platform actually, very user friendly and good pay, the only aspect thats needs to be considered is the rating system. it keeps us teachers anxious all the time

I love the Twenix methodology, and I really believe that the company does its utmost to support you from the get-go. I love the on-going support. I love that I can set my own availability and that there is a steady stream of bookings. I love my students. I love the fact that there is the opportunity to work for incentives. I love the class topics. I have been with Twenix just short of a year now, and I am very happy working with Twenix indeed!

I’ve been working with Twenix for over three years, and I’m truly happy to have collaborated with the company, as it promotes an environment of continuous growth and outstanding dedication to update their methodology, as well as to improve both teachers’ and students’ satisfaction.

In addition to the amazing students, who are always eager to participate and to develop their conversation skills, one of the main and beneficial advantages of Twenix is their flexibility. You can choose when to teach and you can do it from anywhere as long as you have your computer and a stable internet connection. In case you can’t make it to a class, it is possible to transfer it (in most cases, although if there’s no teacher available, you’re still responsible for the class).

Another positive aspect of Twenix is that the team is really helpful and respectful when it comes to expressing any doubts, concerns, or suggestions, and they’re constantly searching for more efficient and innovative methodologies.

The classes are already planned and there is a list of suggested questions, so teachers don’t need to spend a long time preparing the lessons.

There is room for improvement, especially regarding feedback, which may result a bit subjective, as students rate teachers on a scale of 1-5 and they’re not required to explain further in case they give bad ratings.
In this sense, I believe that the previous feedback system, in which students left more comments, was more helpful and accurate for teachers.

Overall, my experience has been certainly positive, and I totally recommend Twenix!

I commenced my teaching career at Twenix in March 2023, and I have found great satisfaction in its teaching approach. Twenix's instructional methodology has particularly resonated with me, as it allows me to impart knowledge effectively and engage in meaningful, natural conversations with a diverse group of enthusiastic learners.

One notable strength of Twenix is the simplicity and accessibility of its training materials, which are available at any time and consistently updated to align with students' demands and current educational trends. This adaptability ensures a dynamic and relevant learning experience for our students.

While the platform excels in various aspects, there is an opportunity for enhancement in the area of teacher evaluation. Presently, the evaluation system relies solely on numerical ratings (1-5 stars) without providing a qualitative dimension. Incorporating qualitative explanations alongside the numerical ratings would allow students to express the nuances of their learning experience and provide teachers with valuable insights.

In my personal experience, I have often received a commendable rating of 4 despite delivering smooth and interactive classes. As an educator, I greatly value constructive feedback as it allows me to tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of my students. However, a more comprehensive evaluation system would enable a deeper understanding of the underlying reasons for a particular rating, so a teacher would understand the 'why' and 'how' factor.

Despite this minor suggestion, my overall experience at Twenix has been immensely positive, and I am genuinely enthusiastic about contributing to the institution's commitment to excellence in education.

Great company to work for. The only reason it wasn't given 5 stars is because the pay could be better for teaching online.

Excelente compañía, llevo dos meses trabajando con ellos, doy clases todos los días en mi propio horario y he de decir que estoy más que contento. Al ser home office puedo administrar muy bien mi día a día, los temas de clase son muy variados, es muy interesante conversar con los alumnos y al mismo tiempo enseñarles. No tengo ninguna queja hasta al momento.

Teaching at Twenix has been an absolute delight! As an online teaching platform, it offers unparalleled flexibility, allowing me to choose my own schedule. From the very beginning, I was allowed to open as many slots as I wanted, allowing me a full schedule, showcasing their support and confidence in their teachers. The staff and teachers are superb, creating a collaborative and nurturing environment. Twenix embraces innovative teaching methods, making online teaching engaging and fun. It's been an amazing experience, and I look forward to many more fulfilling days of teaching at Twenix!

As a freelance English teacher, it is hard sometimes to find work which allows you to manage your schedule freely. Twenix does this really well. It let's you decide how much and when you want to work, it is truly up to you!
Twenix also has the best onboarding and training programs I have ever experienced in this field of work. Their information is very clear, and they make sure you have understood by complimenting it with video tutorials and webinars. There is really no question that goes unanswered about its methodology or how things should be done.
Moreover, it provides all class material, so you don't need to worry about planning and spending your free time thinking about what to do in class. Once you get the hang of it, you feel at ease before any class.
The overall work environment is great!
I have gladly recommended Twenix to fellow English teachers, and will continue to do so because I am truly happy to work here.

Overall it is very flexible and convenient as long as you have an excellent computer and great internet connection. The only two things I am not happy with are the relatively low pay and the fact that teachers need to wait 15min to get paid for a 26min class if the students decide to not show up, but teachers will be marked as absent if they are 4min late for the class.

From the application to the onboarding process, it was pretty smooth and I had help the whole way. They're very prompt at replying to queries and we can easily start working in a matter of days. There's no shortage of classes. We can work as much or as little as we want. Overall, it's a wonderful company to work for. Pay is decent and it can be improved over time.

Suggestions: bonus incentives for getting good ratings ( 4 or 5 star). For each 4 or 5-star, the teacher can get some extra money added at the end of the month. I've worked on other platforms and it's great to have these incentives which keep us motivated to perform our best every day. For example, no cancellations/absences in a given pay period, 5-star ratings, etc. can be rewarded with extra euro(s) at the company's discretion.

Also, different materials need to be introduced, like daily news articles, pronunciation courses, geography/world tour, etc. can be added to add variety to course material.

Don't bother applying, it's a waste of time !
Another scam company looking to exploit in the current grim job market. I've got masters degree, fluency better than any - got declined still. Wouldn't trust them on getting paid either.

Started with Twenix around April this year and planning to stay here! During my job hunting, I searched and read hundreds of reviews about all possible ESL companies existing online, and what bought my mind is the complete flexibility this platform is offering. I submitted my application through the official Twenix site, received an email 7 days later, with clear instructions about the selection process. The first round was making two short videos with provided scenarios; the second was supposed to be an official interview. Tip: When you get your script, pay attention to the details, focus on the personality of an imaginary student. I sent them my videos (which I thought were goofy since I was talking with myself and laughing all the time :D) but they loved this kind of energy, so we actually skipped the interview and proceeded directly to the onboarding process. That was easy-peasy because they give you an excellent guide on a live webinar, we asked 100 questions, all were answered. My first few classes were a bit clumsy (I think), but now you have sample videos of real classes, so examine and observe. 
Again, flexibility is my primary satisfaction here; you can work when you want, transfer your classes so quickly, and even when a student cancels the class with you, they will surely find another one to fill your slot. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I didn't find this kind of organization in any ESL school. Also, you get your salary with Swiss precision.
I saw some comments about the topics, and I don't understand these complaints; they literally say We are looking for a BUSINESS English teacher. If you don't know anything about that - what do you expect? And even if you don't know anything about SCRUM methodology, use damn ChatGPT, YT or something; you can learn it and prepare it in 2 minutes. I do it sometimes while my students introduce themselves and have a two-minute small talk at the beginning of the class, if I didn't have the time to do it before the class.
99,9% of all students are pleasant and approachable, if you know how to work with people - you will enjoy every class. Had different cases with them; some students were in the middle of a divorce, some just got fired, some lost their loved one, some were just having a bad day and minor mental breakdown, so be ready for all that, show some empathy and listen. I was there for them, since every professional teacher knows that you need to be a therapist from time to time, which shouldn't be hard.
Everybody on the support team is friendly and helpful; you will not get an automated generalized response. Connect with other tweachers and staff (I do it on LinkedIn), they will support you. Every week you have these relaxing coffee meetings to build connections between teachers and staff from Twenix, but I'm an anxious person, so I haven't had the courage to try it yet :monkeywithhandsovereyesemoji: 
The second best thing for me is that they constantly upgrade and elevate. Almost every month you will find something new and helpful, with funny newsletters and explanations.
Of course, salary can always be better, but I believe that they work in this field too. ❤️

I've been working with Twenix for 2 years now. The material and choice of topics for the students is great. The students are eager to learn and improve their English. Easy to use calendar, plenty of lessons and and easy method to cancel classes in advance if needed. A great company to work for

I am absolutely amazed at the feedback from some of the teachers who have worked at Twenix or have not made it through the interview stage. I found the interview process easy and fair. Also, they do respect academic and professional qualifications - I hold an MA(Dist)., BA(Hons), and a Level 5 TEFL qualification. The salary is competitive although an increase would always be appreciated! The staff are always contactable and do respond which I know is not the case with many TEFL sites. Most of all, the calendar is flexible and you are able to teach as many lessons as you wish. If you are considering working for Twenix, I am an existing teacher who has worked with the company for just over a year, and I will not be leaving any time soon. I have recommended Twenix to friends and I would suggest giving it a go. In summary, they are a great company to work for.

It's been a great experience so far!

I am a professional ESL teacher, and I got rejected after sending in my videos...What can I say! Based on the script they sent me to create my video from, it is extremely unprofessional! Hello! You don't pretend to teach a lesson talking to a camera in the first place! It contradicts any rule for teaching ESL, or any other subject! Pay sounds ridiculous! So, I realized that they don't even respect degrees, professionalism, rules and methods of teaching ESL...scam...don't waste your time!
