Hired 2 Santa Cruz bullit’s for my son and myself and rode at Glentress. The team at Tweed valley were amazing right from the bikes to the info we got on where to ride and even eat in town etc.

Very positive experience
Rang company to check out how the gift card system worked ie was it a physical card( in which case how could I show that the billing address was different from the delivery addtess) or what? Turned out it was a simple matter of receiving an email with attachment which I was then able to forward to my son as a gift. The staff member was very courteous and I received the email within minutes of our conversation.
