Hired 2 Santa Cruz bullit’s for my son and myself and rode at Glentress. The team at Tweed valley were amazing right from the bikes to the info we got on where to ride and even eat in town etc.

A great experience
A great experience. I got the bearings ordered and fitted to my bike in under a week and ready for the weekend. The mechanic also gave a run through of things that need attention, but no pressure to do anything straight away.

Great personal service when purchasing…
Great personal service when purchasing a new bike.
The bike was built and ready to be picked up within a week. They clearly walked me through everything about the bike and made sure it was setup correctly ready for me to ride.
The offer of follow up support if I have any issues was also given. I haven't needed to take this up as of yet though.

Hi Andy. Thanks for taking the time to send the above. It's nice to hear that time spent on setup is useful; we always aim to have everyone leave with their new bike comfortable with the various ins and outs of it. Hope you've been having some good rides on the Bullit in the meantime and we'll see you whenever you need us next. TVB
