I love the old app much better the pictures were easier to use you could locate a channel listings for alphabetical and by time you will get notification of a program starting I don’t like this new app at all I have sir satellite TV. I can’t locate stations on this new app. It would be nice if we had a choice. Or the features could be combined from both apps.

I absolutely loved the old app. Any information you needed was readily accessible. I liked the channel listings by number in sequence, and also liked being able to use the search feature to find a channel or a program.
The new guide is IMPOSSIBLE to use quickly and efficiently. I now have to use the guide on my TV to find out what is on. I’m deleting the App. It’s USELESS and A WASTE OF SPACE.

I am so angry about this update - especially the sports section. I used it everyday and now I don’t use it at all. I hate it. Bring back the old app!

When they changed the look and format, that was bad enough. It is slow, hard to read and sometimes it will not load at all. Now, it is completely down, and has been for hours. It is the worst TV app out there. It use to be great!! It sucks now.

I want the old app back. I can’t figure out how you see the listing for the streaming services, I have HULU Live. I don’t see that choice and finally when I try to use the Watchlist option I can’t join. Those are just for starters😡

Why can’t I select ZERO STARS. New app SUX!! They really screwed up the favorites and it now takes forever to fully open and load.

I HATE the recent update to TV Guide!!! I used this app DAILY up until this update. Can’t find anything!!! Constantly says “No Results Found” when I search. Can’t identify stations, programs. Doesn’t load AT ALL sometimes. Sooooo slow! Bring back the old! Why change a good thing always? I can’t understand app updates at all!!!!

A “me too” review in that I find the “updated” one useless. I occasionally give it another try and leave frustrated. Miss the ability to sort by favorite channels, and color coding to quickly find movies, news, sports, etc.

I hate this new "improved"app.I want to be able to list my favorite channels and not have to waste time scrolling..scrolling..scrolling to try to find what I'm looking for..bring back the old user friendly app please!!!!

I LOVED the old app, this new app is ABSOLUTELY the WORST!!! Cant get any listings after 3hrs, won't give show descriptions, HORRIBLE! PLEASE PLEASE GO BACK 2 OLD VERSION!!!

If i could give less i would. Continual missing of issues. Contacted them and they blame USPS which is not a problem with any other mail. Refuses to tell me how to cancel and get refund for amount paid thru 2022. Very poor cistomer service.

I loved the old TVGuide and used it all the time. The new version is useless...maybe I’m not in the right time zone or something, but the new guide never matches what is actually on in the time slot.

Impossible to use. It doesn’t have the channel numbers. How do you record? Awful

I hate the new tv guide. I can only go 3 hours ahead, l can't see the actors, most movies no description, it's just terrible and cheap. Please bring the old one back, it was fine for my broadcast tv.

Agree with all other posts that the newest version of TVguide.com is a disaster. I used to like to read news stories and insights on shows and actors. Now the "latest news" information page looks almost identical to the "recommendations" page. It's become nothing but one big advertisement.

It was going to require IOS 13 or higher,my iPad only went to 12.5 so I bought a new later version iPad because I was missing not have T.V. Guide.I am so disappointed with this new T.V.Guide,it is nothing like the old one,I hate it.I am now using my cable guide as it shows what each listing is about!!negatine,negative!!

Hate it. Doesn’t give any info on the nights show. Slow. I want the old one back.

I also hate the new app. It does not tell you what’s on at that time, but gives a general description. It’s absolutely useless. It was great before the update. Whoever thought this was a good idea should be fired.
