Previously bought a mat that stayed…
Previously bought a mat that stayed soggy on my doorstep so changed for one of the rope door mats and that seems to work perfectly. Big enough and looks smart in the porch.

Have contacted turtle Mat after excess shedding and not laying flat …
Have contacted turtle Mat after purchasing in December due to excess shedding of my two mats and the fact that they are not laying flat after months of use. I am getting a full hoover container full every two days from these mats and after previously having turtle mats know this is not the usual standard. Disapppointed with your customer service department who can only advise me to wash the mats... These are brand new why would I wash them!also this is not stated on the website as a before use recommendation or I would not have purchases.
Would never recommend this brand again to anyone, the quality is not like it used to be.

We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with your mat. New mats will have excess lint to start with, even after the first wash, but they tend to settle down once they've had a bit of wear and a wash. We recommend washing our mats when they arrive and that you lift and launder them monthly. The initial wash will help to remove any excess cotton from production.

Ease of ordering, speed of delivery, and it looks so much better than my previous mat - it is very effective as an outdoor mat despite not showing the mud from boots.

Excellent quality, lovely design
I bought two door mats as replacements for 2 which have finally worn out through use and washing! They are perfect. Lovely quality, great colour and design, they have brightened up my kitchen/diner doorway and porch, and and I'm sure they'll wash as well as the old ones. Well worth the money. Delivery was great. Thank you.
