I ordered a $1200.00 nut cracker. Two months latter no product. I am told they are waiting for part from Germany. I’ve requested a reimbursement and to date no answer. Poor communication and poor customer service.

I ordered a product from them. After I completed the payment, they sent me an e-mail saying there was a problem. They didn't answer when I asked what kind of problem occured and also did not send confirmation of payment or shipping of the order.

Now they have opened their own

Good fast service, although I'm finding that the products seem to have the same expiry dates since the last order which is concerning as they expire Dec 2021. That is for the Koska Sour Cherry / Visne receli.

From a chance encounter while perusing the Net for generously sized bottles of Cologne 'water' I took a chance based on descriptions, colognes, olives, 'tapenade' - French name for black olive paste, jams.

Everything, every item EXCELLENT, as is the sturdy, protective packing, to the little GIFTS of Cologne samples, Cologne wipes - 80' alcohol vs Purell's 70', with delightful scent to boot.

Made a request for low/no salt nuts and seeds, got a handwritten note with my order that they are looking for some.

Highly recommend: 10 stars

No idea what the scent really is. Ordered lavender. Especially from southern France. Bottle says lavender. Yet the scent has no hint of lavender or anything close to any kind of lavender. Very disappointed.
