I was urgently searching for an online beginner's Turkish course and was referred to Turkish Academy. Having studied a few other languages, I knew I wanted the lessons to be rigorous, engaging, and fun while also having authenticity and flexibility for my busy schedule-Ahmet exceeded all my expectations. He clearly understands adult learning models and uses a variety of teaching techniques to ensure knowledge transfer. Having just completed A1.1, I can now understand words and simple phrases and can grasp some of the basic structure of the language. Now that I've made it through this first course, I'm looking forward to learning more through Turkish Academy.

Ahmet is by far one of the best teachers that I've had the pleasure to be taught by. He makes learning interesting, fun and easy. He's patient and thorough with his teaching approach. I look forward to the next course with him.

From someone who tried and tried...
...and tried anything possible to find the right Turkish language course, I absolutely recommend this one, to everyone who wants to learn and/or improve their Turkish language skills. Just go and take Ahmet's lessons now! As a former teacher, I know how much it takes to be a teacher like Ahmet is. I never saw a Turkish language teacher that is so dedicated to his profession, who is teaching with so much will, ambition, and capability to motivate. Ahmet's approach is very fun, creative, and interactive. There are fun and interactive games, maps, but most importantly, an easy-going way of studying. I've got so motivated and I wish I had these lessons every day. Because I finally, can simply understand why some rules exist and finally someone explained to me with ease. Lots of people around me said that my Turkish got so improved in such a short time, and I can even have small chit chats with my Turkish friends and family, even after finishing A1.1 level. I'm so glad I could find this one. I learned so many things so fast, without having any stress, because Ahmet has unbelievable sources of patience, which means he loves his job so much and that kind of teacher will give you his best. My group was great as well, everyone got so ambitious and wanted to show their best. All because of Ahmet's way of teaching. This gave me hope as a person who had struggles learning a new language my whole life, I finally feel optimistic, and most important I don't have to worry about my time and energy since this is a great investment.

Ahmet is a very friendly and engaging teacher. He takes the time to really explain the grammar and ensure that everyone in the class is interacting. He used multiple resources to ensure we got a good understanding of the language.

I started to study Turkish Language with Turkish Academy since one year ago when I was in my country. Every morning I used to wake up at 3 am only to attend my Turkish lesson because I was sure it worths, I was not wrong. Nowadays I'm living in Turkey and thanks to my Ahmet Hocam I can speak turkish fluently, even I started to work as a translator from Turkish to Spanish, I have to continue improving my Turkish skills and I will do it with Ahmet, his method is very creative and he is constantly improving his teaching to offer the best lesson on line. I always advice everyone his lessons, thanks to him I speak correctly Turkish, I can understand books, I use the grammar perfectly.

Ahmet is such an amazing teacher, and i am so grateful to him. When i moved to Istanbul, i knew zero Turkish, and after just 2 courses i feel that my Turkish has improved so much! I feel so much more confident speaking. And outside of classes, Ahmet has helped me so much; with jobs, school, travel, and culture adjustment. I am sooooso grateful to him.

Just a month and a half of learning have given me a stable understanding and a clear picture of Turkish language basics. Mr Ahmet's clear presentation and organisation of lessons help make the learning process much less daunting.

I was happy to find the best Turkish teacher, as before i had an experience with other teachers and it wasn't so successful as with Hocam. The lessons are interesting, he uses a lot of additional tools to improve our language. He is really professional in his sphere and very nice person. I will continue to improve my Turkish with him for sure.

This course and our teacher Ahmet was an answer to my prayers . Ahmet has made everything very easy and simple to understand. He is very patient and understanding to the needs and level of each student. I have definitely learned so much just in the beginner course . The classes have been designed with interactive lessons and tasks . There is never a dull moment . Thoroughly enjoyed it and looking forward for my next courses with Turkish academy. Definitely recommended.

Really fun and dynamic classes. Besides learning a lot more things about the Turkish language in a short time you also learn about the culture. With an excellent teacher, Ahmet, who is dedicated and patient. If anyone has a question he'll explain it again and give extra time to solve that. He doesn't just follow the book, but he also searches for other material to work with and does enjoyable activities.

Ahmet is a very nice guy who is always willing to help. If you have a problem, he will go over the subject again. He also knows English so this can save time while explaining any problems. The lessons are always recorded so if you miss any lesson you can go over it in your own time.

Ahmet is a very patient teacher. He does not mind explaining things over and over again. He also does a good job in explaining the logic of Turkish language, based on corresponding examples from English. And he is very familiar with teaching online, using zoom and other online tools.

It is really good. Ahmet Öztel is a very good teacher as a Turkish language teacher for foreigners:
- he knows the material (the Turkish language) very well
- has the charisma to transfer the language concept easily
- he is fluent in English as a teaching base language and he knows some other languages which makes the understanding even easier
-a very spontaneously funny and kind person which makes studying even lovely

Mr. Ahmet is very well trained professional. He knows how to teach the language with passion and dedication to foreigners. He also added activities to make the Turkish language learning process more enjoyable!
