wonderful customer service

Writing this review after two days of my operation; To start from the airport pickup to hotel and hospital transportation were all on time. Ahmed and Aladdin were very professional with all their detailed explanation's. They answered all our queries very patiently. Technicians were very polite through out the surgery. I will write another review once I see my results. Till now I can say it was a very good experience.

Best service. Very much punctual. Ahmed and Aladdin are great at their jobs. They were constantly monitoring us during and after operation. Overall end to end was a great experience
Now waiting for my results

Turkeymed was great with communication from the initial quote up to when I finished. The staff are very friendly and caring about my needs. They took their time to make sure my hairline was exactly right. The procedure, except for the local anesthesia needles, was painless and I found myself falling asleep during the surgery. That's how relaxed I was. The after care and products received was a great bonus. Looking forward to my results. Turkeymed was a great experience and I recommend, to anyone looking at getting a hair transplant, to check them out.

Organised company and very polite and attentive to your needs. The team answered all my questions in a timely manner. Definately value for money.

Perhaps one of the neatest experiences of my life. Traveling to Istanbul and entrusting this team to perform this medical procedure. Their communication was incredible leading up to arrival, during, and afterwards. They under promised and over-delivered. I say that with complete conviction and confidence.

Very happy with my experience , very well looked after from start to finish. Highly recommended.

If you are considering a hair transplant, I wholeheartedly recommend TerkeyMed. The combination of their skilled team, state-of-the-art techniques, and patient-centered approach truly places them in a league of their own. My experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I am deeply grateful to Ahmed and the entire team for their outstanding care and the confidence their work has instilled in me.

From the moment I arrived till I left I received first class treatment with the clinic. Limousine was always on time and drivers were very pleasant. My consultant Ahmed and the rest of the team were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to help and make me feel comfortable. They genuinely care and want their patients to have the best experience. The quality of their work is of a very high standard and the staff are experienced. They are very careful during the extraction stage and also when implanting. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top quality hair transplant.
