Tunelf stopped working. I emailed Tech Support numerous times and never got a response.

This is a compact, no frills product that delivers! The interface is simple yet functional. Installation is straight forward and fast and I'm very happy with the performance. Price is reasonable. However, what sets this product apart and really adds differential value, is the fantastic customer support. I've only needed to contact them a couple of times with issues of my own making, but every time I received a reply within 2-3 hours! Not only that, but they resolved my issue immediately. I highly recommend this product. It has definitely earned my loyalty.

The software package that I purchased from Tunelf did what it said on the tin, which is very refreshing. No fuss or nonsense, just doing what I paid for. The package itself is intuitive to use, and I've not had any difficulties using it. Money well spent. The main point of my review is to praise their attitude towards customer service.

I have been using Tunelf for over a year, with a single purchased license. When I moved continents, my old computer was scrapped and recycled. I contacted them to request that my license be transferred to my current computer. Unlike some larger companies, they responded quickly, courteously, and facilitated the transfer of my license, so their excellent software is now active on my new machine. Small things, perhaps, but refreshing to see a company whose software does precisely what you ask of it, and a bunch of people who help fix problems _really_ quickly. I would recommend them to anyone, which is why I'm posting this review.

At first,a little sceptical but it works great.
After a few months there was a little problem which was, due to a fast response, quickly solved. So happy about it!

This is the worst experience ive had with software so far. I asked them to cancel my subscription and asked for a refund but they wont. And 3 months later they still didnt cancel my subcription.

i had an issue and support got me working. Actually twice since i bought the software and never had the issue last longer than their first reply. No complaints at all

I'm a Spotify user and this software is very useful to download my favorite songs offline for streaming at any time. So far, not meeting with any trouble or problem. Their customer service is patient as well,

By far the best program for converting DRM protected files. Other programs want you to log into your Apple account to use them and that was a no go for me. If you you are a dj like myself and need to use your DRM protected music to play in DJ software, this is the software you need to convert your music files.

A copy paste of my comment on one of their tutorials, which keeps mysteriously disappearing: I am not coming at this website in a rude way, only trying to inform. Guys, don't follow these Nintendo Switch tutorials. It doesn't make sense because it is IMPOSSIBLE unless you have your Switch hacked with custom firmware. TriPlayer only works with stuff like Atmosphere. If you do not have a hacked/modded/etc. Switch this is NEVER going to work unless Nintendo allows it later on, which is unlikely. Modding the Switch can get you banned or your Switch bricked/fubared. Please take caution.

Be really careful with this company because if you don't read every single thing on their website you won't get your money back if the software doesnt do what you hoped it would. Feels like a scam when they don't even consider you had the software 5 minutes before realising it would take weeks and weeks for it to perform the task I needed. I recommend giving this company a wide birth.

Great customer support! I was unable to load the app from my TimeMachine backup & their support team deleted my registration so I could re-install the app in my computer. Thank you, Mallin for being so courteous & resolving my issue in a timely manner. Top notch!

Worst customer service ever. Product does not work with Amazon Music, will not accept copied link, just freezes. Emailed for quick question, response is “we only support or answer questions for the yearly premium plan” cancelled today. What a farce.

Every time I use it, Spotify freeze my account for unlawful copying. Happened 5 or 6 times now. Contacted tunelf.....................nothng. Avoid

and it is simple to use. The drag and add feature is a simple one step. The new update removed errors and the program works very well. I am a very satisfied customer. It does not limit the number of conversions as Sidify does after buying the service!
