Great customer service!
I just ordered from Tucann for the first time. I ordered two swim shorts for my husband and at checkout neglected to put in my discount code. I immediately chatted with Allyza and she credited the discount immediately! I must say, even though we haven’t even received the swim shorts yet, I love this company just because of their customer service!
I have ordered four pairs
I have ordered four pairs. They're great for the gym and for swimming the last pair I ordered they sent me the wrong size I went to the post office. I sent them back. I never received an exchange or a refund. All they do are send me emails offering 15% off and they give me a lot of drag and a lot of BS. They have no value for repeat business. They can see on my account how much I've spent as everybody knows the shorts are not cheap. really disappointing how they treat their customers they treat you like a thief.
Very disappointed with the Customer…
Very disappointed with the Customer Service experience there is no phone number available to speak with an actual person and the chat bot had me waiting over 10 minutes with no response.
I use the return/exchange portal because I ordered the wrong size. The portal clearly stated I would not be charged as long as they receive my return within 10 days yet my card was charged immediately for the exchange to make matters worse I still have not received a shipping label to even send the item back. The entire process has been frustrating and extremely difficult to resolve due to lack of customer support.

Trunks replaced, look and feel great!
Small issue with one of the trunks. Overall I am satisfied with the outcome of the order as the trunks were replaced. It took some back and forth emails to resolve it which is to be expected. The trunks themselves look and feel great and they alone are worthy of the 5 star review.
Customer Service Came Through
I ordered a men’s swimsuit and I’m really happy with it. But the main reason for the review is that I had an issue and their customer service really stepped up and made things right. I’m a small business owner, and I know that businesses can’t stop every problem from happening. It’s how they respond that matters the most to me, and I was more than happy with their response. Will be buying from them again.
Awful Return Process
Product felt great, the sizes didn’t work. I planned to re-order when I dropped a few pounds, but then had to endure the return process and vowed I would never shop here again.
It was like their return process assumed you were a crook. You had to prove the product was unworn, unwashed by sending individual pictures of every product in before they would approve the return. I spent 5x the amount of time returning the product as I did shopping for it….and all at my expense as they charged me nearly $30 for shipping It back.
Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service! I checked out and forgot to enter the discount code. I emailed and they immediately credited it back! We are in the Bahamas and my partner loves his suits so much! He went online and ordered even more.

I have had a really positive experience…
I have had a really positive experience with Tucann. I bought several swim shorts in size medium, but really should have bought them in size small. Tucann made it easy to exchange them for the correct size. Their customer service was great. Their team was very professional throughout, explained the process in detail, and they were very quick to respond to all my questions each time I contacted them. I received my replacement swim shorts in just a few days as well. Lastly, the quality of their products is awesome. I like the linings in the shorts and the way they are constructed. The design options available to select from are really cool, too. I have three pair now and will continue to buy more. I also like that they are an American company and the swim shorts arrived from Utah.
I Really Want to Love Them, but ....
Review: During my last vacation, I ran into a man wearing the same brand and he had virtually the same feedback as I'm listing here. I ordered two pairs of shorts, Faded Ocean - 5" and Hyper Fern - Ice 5". Let me run through my dislikes and likes. I was going to wrap up my pros and cons at the end, but in case you don't want to read my reasonings:
Pros: Tucann offers a ton of color options, three lengths, and matching his and her swimwear, some styles available on Amazon.
Cons: Sizing runs small, not a functional active swim short for men, very customer involved and lengthy exchange and return process.
1) Sizing - These shorts run small, IMO, size up. My waist is between a U.S. 33" and 34" waist, and I wear a Large in everything, shorts and pants. The large Tucann shorts run small, IMO, creating a 'muffin top' look and I had to size up.
2) The Waistband (the shorts aren't meant for active wear) - Tucann has a great presentation, look, and feel, but misses on the waist band. If you plan on standing around looking good or moving slowly through the water, perfect. If you plan on moving quickly through the water, diving, swimming, surfing, being in a current, don't bother. You will show your behind, literally, and the front end will expose your boys. The issue is the shorts only have elastic on the back half of the waistband and the tie is only in the front and does NOT pass through the entire waistband to hold the shorts in place. The elastic will stretch with water forced against and will pull down.
3) Ordering & Exchanges -
a) Ordering off the website is easy, no issues.
b) Exchanges. Get your order right the first time, Tucann is NOT Amazon. You get ONE free exchange, that is not mentioned on the website. I blundered into this by accident somehow ordering a small, exchanging for a large, realizing I needed an XL; and that's when I learned you get ONE FREE EXCHANGE. I pointed this lack of information out to the support person writing with me on March 28th, it is now April 26th, and I just checked their website and it still has not been corrected. Tucann's response:

It's very customer unfriendly and involved.
c) Order from Amazon. Try them on, get the fit right, and exchange what you need with a much simpler return/exchange process, almost immediate return of your funds, not 10-14 days, no tracking numbers being emailed into customer service, etc. Your choices are limited, but the hassle is far less.
UPDATE, 27 April 2026: I sent this review into Tucann on the evening of April 26, 2026. In less than an hour, it had been reviewed and I had a response, very positive response, asking me to post this on Trustpilot the way I had written, to help others. A+ on customer service and integrity!!
Easy, responsive customer service
The size I ordered was my husband's usual size, but was rather snug in this brand. I emailed to ask for an exchange, and the customer service was very fast, easy, and responsive. I quickly got a replacement a size up, and he really enjoys them! I'll definitely shop here again.

I received the wrong item ( their mistake not mine). I requested a refund based on the poor quality of the wrong item. I was Not fully refunded as they kept a shipping and restocking fee even after sending a return shipping label. I will NEVER shop here again. Poor quality and TERRIBLE customer service.

Myself, (and Girlfriend) absolutely love these 3" Shorts! I'll be on my 3rd pair now, only because I lost the 1st two(don't ask😂). It's a weird reason to be a repeat customer, BUT thanks to great design, comfortable wear and sexy patterns I couldn't imagine trusting any other brand with my summer swimwear! The compliments are well worth the price;)

Started out with a shipping error
Started out with a shipping error, but they reshipped my order in time to go on break. The original order finally shows up, and we sent back the replacement order. Customer service was great, answered emails quickly. I am in the US, so there was an occasional time lag, but it was much faster than most companies in the US. I would certainly buy again. The product was awesome, too!
Bought from tucann 3 times because fit…
Bought from tucann 3 times because fit was good but when zipper broke on my 2nd use they told me I violated their use policy because I washed it once (never even dried it, just dried it on in a rack). Cheap product / cheap company policy and customer stance. They lost an $300 per year customer… over a $10 (cost) bathing suit.

Customer service doesn't exist in reality. A bot which of course gives standard meaningless repeated help that amounts to nothing. Doesn't even understand details of what you wrote. No human interface available. Return process terrible. Tried to upload 5 pictures with an iphone from home with high speed fiber internet- upload wheel spun for one and half hours. Forced to try through home computer. Found out that takes three days for approval to return and charge over $$$$$ 20.34 when initially said ten dollars. Ridiculous return cost. This is in Florida with me returning pkg to a nearby UPS store. Waiting three days for approval to return.
Quality of merchandise in this case, a men's swimsuit, is good quality---- but customer service and return policy is an absolute no go in future.

I received this a day ago and did not like the design. Went to do a return and they want photos of the item? I am not sure why but went to do it using my phone camera, had issues with the interface, finally got it to work after emailing the pix to myself and doing the return on a desktop. now it's pending their approval and they charge a re-stock fee... skip it and buy at a store is my advice
