Wilson has been so helpful in the booking of our holiday to Thailand.
We were quite anxious as it’s a big holiday and booking this way was alien to us. He has reassured us and been ever so understanding. He has provided support and really detailed information. We can’t wait to go away and am sure we will have the best time .Cant thank him enough.

Exceptional service
I cannot convey how much we appreciate everything Wilson has done for us in organising repeatedly our trip to India , as this will be our honeymoon, he has gone above and beyond in dealing with every change we requested (which has been a lot) his patience is beyond anything we have encountered with any travel company we have been through before , I can't wait till the holiday so that I can leave a review about the trip he has carefully organised, the sites we visit and the hotels and flight . Thank you so much Wilson !

Jonathan in the call centre … AMAZING
I booked an Air India flight through TTH as the comparison website for the best price required me to call. I was a bit reluctant because “who talk to people these days?”
I was so pleasantly surprised. Jonathan from the call centre was absolutely amazing! Lots and lots of advice and putting my mind at rest about potential cancellations or route changes
Them added other family members to the booking. I emailed Jonathan to call me back which he did within the hours and he sorted out the other family members bookings as well as ensuring we all sat together on the planes.
I think in total I’ve had over 2 hours of booking requirements and queries and additions or changes and Jonathan each time has been wonderful
Big 5* for him and I hope he wins some sort of employee of the month award

Highly recommended
It was our 1st time travelling to Asia and also booking through a travel company. We usually do it ourselves but as we were going into the unknown we decided we needed some help. Robert Browney was excellent from my first email. He laid everything out perfectly. Anytime I emailed with a query, he replied quickly. He assured us that he was available on email or phone if needed which was a great comfort to us. We emailed him a query while on the holiday regarding an issue that may impact our travel home. He replied promptly then also. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Robert and TTH holidays. I would book with them again. Thanks Robert for all your help.

Above and beyond
John Smith listened to everything I asked for, he tailored the perfect holiday to Spain for me and my Son. This included a great deal of extras that I wasn't expecting. John then rang me back as he had secured an upgrade from B&B to half half board at a great price which I jumped at. Will definitely use this company again.
