Why TSM? TSM operates the largest aquatic super store in the U.S., with over 10,000 sq. ft of saltwater fish and coral. The facility was built to receive, quarantine, and house the highest quality marine life. Here at TSM we understand that the key to a successful aquarium begins with healthy livestock, and we pride ourselves on one of the most comprehensive quarantines in the industry . Upon arrival at our facility, all newly acquired fish receive a series of dips and baths to reduce their initial parasite loads. Once added to their designated quarantine system, the fish receive their first of three rounds of Praziquantal. Copper is raised to therapeutic level and maintained there for a minimum of 30 days. Daily testing with laboratory grade equipment ensures that a consistent level of copper is maintained. While in quarantine, the fish are conditioned to accept readily available frozen food items. Our invertebrates are maintained in fishless systems to reduce the possibility of parasite transmission. We will not sell any livestock that we know or suspect to be unhealthy. We maintain our systems and ship our livestock at a salinity of 35ppt. Our knowledgeable team has over 20 years of combined experience working in public aquariums alone, and decades as hobbyists.

TSM puts their fish through a quarantine system like I've seen no where else. Their commitment to quality, healthy fish, is truly top notch. I no longer buy fish anywhere else.

My experience was pretty much 5 star
My experience was pretty much 5 star. Customer service was great and their response was immediate. The two fish I purchased looked great and are healthy. I would have rated 5 stars but the Blue Hippo Tang was in water that was around 119sg. I was not expecting that and it took me a long time to acclimate the fish to my tank at 126 sg. The Yellow Tang's water was close to 126 sg as I was expecting.
I am local so I am lucky to be able to pickup my purchases and not have to rely on the mail.

Excellent Experience
Besides small orders for CUC, this is my first online order for fish. The packaging was great and the fish were all very healthy. This was the best experience I could have asked for.

Black Cap Basslet on pre-order
Got a Black Cap Basslet on pre-order. It came in very cold due to extreme weather, but after a day the fish started taking foods. It's been a week and it's healthy, fat, and readily accepting frozen foods. Best of all, it's disease free. This is my 2nd order from TSM Aquatics, and I can definitely tell you it won't be my last.

Have ordered a couple times from TSM…
Have ordered a couple times from TSM and their livestock is all top notch. Sailfin tang was eating nori off clip day one. Blotched Anthias was eating next day, good for a cave/deep water species. Flameback angel is happy ate first day. All three doing well and most importantly healthy. Have no problem skipping QT on my end with fish from TSM. Learned my lesson with other vendors.

Didn't get my add-on items
I ordered 2 items online. Then called to add an item. I called a 2nd time to confirm the item was added. I was told everything was good to go. Then was shipped only the 2 items ordered online. TSM did nothing to rectify the situation.

I ordered a Flameback Angelfish from TSM and couldn't be happier. The fish came delivered in excellent shape. The water temperature when I received the package on a cold Michigan day was 78 degrees (Perfect). The fish was packaged in a large amount of water and breathing easily. Good looking specimen!

Couldn't be more pleased with the two wrasses I ordered from TSM. I've never seen better shipping packaging. Very large bags of water in a very large, protected box. Both fish are great representatives of their species and were fat and healthy....not to mentioned fully quarantined(not a simple two week observation but a true QT procedure). Both ate within an hour of acclimation and are doing great!

TSM healthy fish And willing to help
I ordered 2 borbonius Anthias and there was some misunderstanding with the delivery and I got the fish few hours later than supposed to . They were very stressed when I got them . TSM understood the situation and assured me that if anything happened to the fish they were willing to work something out beyond the normal guarantee.
I am glad they look at every situation individually before making a decision.
The fish are both fine anyway.

Great place to deal with
Great place to deal with! Matt is very helpful and never got annoyed by all of my emails and questions. Great service and great fish. The fish were very well packed for the trip and all came out healthy, active and best of all ALIVE. After 1 week, I am happy to say that everyone is doing great and eating and socializing. Can't ask for more than that! Love TSM Aquatics!!
