I recently ordered Astaxanthin from Rovina There was a big mix up regarding the subscription which was extremely frustrating I thought I was going to have to through the drawn out exhausting steps to resolve this but I was pleasantly surprised, Aljan a representative from Rovina resolved my issue very quickly Made me whole. I would definitely recommend this company!

I believe this is a really good company.I started having stomach problems and told them that I had to cancel both of my subscriptions.And they did it without hesitation.They were very kind and helpful ! Misunderstanding to begin with didn't make things go that well.
Gem was great help trying to get things resolved.
I feel things need to be explained a bit better on the order refill department. Auto refill shouldn't be a option unless it is agreed apoun or special signing on order .
Gem took care of the request I made and resolved the issue.

Isaias | Customer Support Jerked me around for 2 days, before notifying me that I would be refunded my credit card charge, that lead me to cancelling my card so that no further charges could be made.
I did not sign up for auto ship, yet received notification of the shipment after it shipped.
The order I placed was a one time order, i wanted to try first before moving forward with the supplement.
I received the shipment today, so if you would send me a return label, I will surely send it back.
I noticed no difference in anyway using your product.

The customer service team was tentative to my request to fully refund me for my returned product. When there was an issue with the return address they were quick to respond that I can keep the product when UPS office returns it.
