I sent undeniable proof , I canceled.

After sending proof I canceled my subscription in mid April. Rovina said I would receive a full refund of $99. I received $30. in my account. As of May 4, I have sent many requests for the status of my refund. They are no longer answering my emails.
Obviously they are avoiding me.
Anyone considering buying the advertised product at 12 mg dose on the pkg; then learning that each Softgel is only 3 mg each and that the 30 day supply actually only last 16 days.....you are a victim of fraud just like me. This company is not to be trusted. Just complete my refund and allow me to move on.
They also sent an email attempting to recruit me to sell their product to others and make a 20% commission on the proceeds. That sounds like a bribe to shut me up.
I am not interested in defrauding anyone. I prefer honesty.

I immediately got a hold of Rovina when…

I immediately got a hold of Rovina when I noticed some of my address was missing iff my shipment address but it wasn’t anyone’s fault
This has happened with other businesses for some reason part of my address drops
Rovina got on my e-mail immediately and this was fixed.
