The entire experience and setup have been seamless. The platform offers excellent benefits for business owners, and Daniel has been outstanding—making the process both quick and effortless. I only wish I had discovered it sooner.

Avoid this company. This is not an FCA regulated company, we had several calls with James and the company referenced in other reviews. Despite claiming they are FCA regulated their licence has been revoked and they are currently under investigation. We are reporting both James and his introduction to the FCA.

I was skeptical when Dan pitched Poodle Card last October, but eight months in I’m sold. The startup is still smoothing edges, yet every update is a clear step forward and Dan fixes any hiccup almost instantly. Meanwhile, my everyday business spend has already racked up some rewards (just waiting to be transferred). If you want big rewards with hands-on support, Poodle Card’s the one to try.

Be careful signing up for this; do your due diligence. If something is too good to be true, then it usually is.

when I first started to look into poodle i originally looked at poodle payroll and poodle corporate cards but are now looking at poodle FX. Everyone at poodle cannot do enough for you. A few times we were missing credit notes etc but that was soon resolved. Richard and James have been great in helping us. I am always on the phone asking questions and they never give up on me. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I joined Poodle a few months ago. Initially, I was a bit skeptical about how they could offer so many air miles, but after speaking with Richard, he put my mind at ease and assured me everything was legitimate. He walked me through the process step by step, making everything straightforward and easy to understand.

Any time I had a question or ran into an issue, Richard was incredibly helpful and proactive in finding a solution. True to their word, the air miles were transferred to my account without any problems.

I'm currently using their service for Google Marketing and Stripe payments, and so far, everything has been running smoothly. On the rare occasions when something has come up, their team has handled it quickly and efficiently. Great service all around!

We have a debit card which we got through Daniel and top up with Richard, both very helpful throughout the set up process and if I have any queries. The system showing transactions is very easy to understand and clearly shows all the information needed.

A few teething issues with the Poodle Corporate Card and the VAT Reclaim situation but this has been resolved now. Daniel and Richard have been helpful with resolving the teething issues. Would recommend for the air miles benefits

I wanted to try out Poodle to benefit from the air miles offer, I had excellent service from Daniel until I started really looking at the details.

The website for Try Poodle explicitly states that air miles are earned via Poodle Accounts Ltd (see quote below). The first transfer I was asked to make was to a company called Poodle advertising Ltd. I checked at companies house and they are different and separate companies. Whilst both exist I didn’t understand why I would pay poodle advertising Ltd.

I queried this with Daniel who explained this was something to do with their set up, I advised we wouldn’t pay poodle advertising Ltd as we had no services from them, there was no contract and his own website / email / air miles offer was all connected only to Poodle Finance Ltd. Daniel told me they’d set up for us to pay the original company… he also told me he would send 2 references for existing clients.

Whilst the service and attention was great trying to get me onboard I’ve now heard nothing since asking these questions which is more concerning.

Quote from try poodle website:
“Poodle is a trading name of Poodle Accounts Limited, a company duly registered in England and Wales under registration number 15551152. All partnerships with Air Mile providers referenced on this website are established with Poodle Accounts Limited”

Before getting involved with this company I would suggest strongly these issues are discussed and resolved.

We opened this to use for our Ad payments just over 4 months ago, and Richard and Daniel really looked after us. They make sure everything is as smooth as possible, and the interface is really easy too. Also earn points along the way, so huge bonus, especially for those business trips.

Poodle has been a great way for us to earn a bunch of airmiles whilst paying for our ad spend on Meta / Google. Highly recommended and a brilliant idea!

I have nothing but great things to say about Poodle! In fact we wish we had known about them sooner because we have been spending on facebook ads for years -- our Amex was only giving us 1 point whereas we can get 3 points with Poodle which made it a no brainer for us! We were immediately sold and the onboarding process was very simple so we were set up in no time. Richard our account manager is really attentive as well and is very quick to help us and respond to any queries! We highly recommend Poodle
