Since you had no active prescriptions with us in your account, that is why there was no option cancel. The good news is that you have no refills remaining, so no further charges will occur. You can pause your prescriptions through your portal, which keeps your account active, prevents charges while paused, and allows you to resume seamlessly without starting over.

For full cancellation, we’ve made it clear that you must email contactus@trynovamd.com. This will result in the removal of all active prescriptions, and if you wish to restart in the future, you will need to complete the questionnaire again.
