My experience with your customer service rep, Anna, was great! I had no problems communicating with her. She was prompt and efficient in handling my issue. I can't say the same for your company. Product was only shipped after I questioned why I was charged but had received nothing. Then I got a notice that more product was shipped from China and was charged again. Communications and shipping issues are a problem in your company. I will be careful never to order from you again.

I had some confusion with the names associated with this company, & contacted the support team. Veronica was prompt with the explanation, & very kind in informing me that my account included a subscription; she was also completely understanding when I needed to cancel it. I have started using the product, but will have to discontinue for a while due to some unrelated medical issues. Thank you Veronica!
