Try Keep was able to give me higher limits and funding which helped me afford a trade-show. the trade show grew my business 4x. Thanks try Keep. Great Experience..

Good Customer Service, Room For Improvement
We recently encountered an issue with our Keep credit card not working and reached out to customer service. Their team was very helpful and resolved the issue efficiently. However, we believe there are a few areas for improvement to enhance the overall experience.
Firstly, Keep should consider developing a mobile app for seamless account management and adding a dedicated phone line for quicker customer support. Additionally, introducing a loyalty program would be a great way to add value for cardholders. A partnership with an airline to allow customers to collect points or miles would be a fantastic incentive. For example, BRIM Financial has a co-branded credit card with Flying Blue (Air France/KLM), NEO partners with Cathay Pacific, and RBC offers partnerships with British Airways and WestJet, along with a flexible points system for transferring to different airlines.
One major gap in the Canadian credit card market is the absence of any bank partnerships with American airlines. Meanwhile, in the U.S., many banks offer co-branded credit cards with Air Canada and Aeroplan, giving travelers more options. If Keep were to introduce a partnership with an American airline, it would be a game-changer for frequent travelers and set them apart from competitors.
Since this is a business credit card, another key feature Keep should consider is offering some form of lounge access for cardholders. Many other business credit cards provide perks like Priority Pass membership or access to select airline lounges, making business travel more comfortable and convenient. Adding this benefit would greatly enhance the value proposition for professionals who frequently travel for work.
Thinking outside the box and offering these types of rewards could make Keep a more competitive and attractive option for customers. Overall, great service, but there's definitely room for innovation and growth!

I would definitely not recommend this company for any business owners. Their customer service is terrible, only email support, no phone calls. You will get on-boarding’s texts and emails from a bunch of different people, when you ask them questions they don’t respond. I borrowed about 5000 total since mid December and will be paying over $800 is NsF fees and interest charges with the full balance paid by Feb 13 ! They are not transparent on any of their business and interest fees, their site Interface is very terrible for 2025 , but still not as bad as their support. Stay away from this company and just get a credit card with a real bank. These 2 months was probably the biggest headache I’ve ever had with a company from not knowing what days money is being pulled to people not answering emails promptly or texts at all. When you ask to call to speak about ur account they just ignore you and don’t have a number . I also see the last 5 reviews all 1 stars with similar experiences, this company is nothing short of a fraud .. Stay away absolutely terrible experience, it should be illegal to conduct this kind of business without a proper support phone number

As a company of 2 years with perfect records no defaults no over drawn credit cards nothing with over half a million a year revenue we were denied and told not good enough absolutely blown away “when the banks say no we say yes” is totally false do not give this company your information not worth it

I don’t feel this is a legit credit…
I don’t feel this is a legit credit company. They refuse to send me statements for my accounting and during the repayment process, everytime I asked them to clear the balances they never would. They would tell me they would take payment and then my regular payment would come out. They were always asking me for banking info and would have to “reinstate” the card when they received them. They would turn this card on and off to their conscience even when I had almost full balance. Worst card ever for a business and do not trust their practices. I plan to report them to my government regarding unfair practices and ethics. My balances and bills were always on time since they set then up as a weekly balance payment and not once did i have issues with no payments. They had no reasoning and nothing but excuses why they would turn my card off. They have me a 3000 limit and when i asked them to take the last $269 payment they waited till the payment date to take more interest from me. They didnt allow me to make extra payments on the portal online at all which made clearing balances and aging myself interest not transparent and difficult

This place is a joke
This place is a joke! As some others have stated..it started out good had an acct manager for 1 or 2 weeks and was approved for 18k initially and after 1 month they increased our limit to 22k, but quickly customer service was non existent and then threatened to put a lien on my business. Their fees for everything are ridiculous even to withdraw the funds you pay for the 1 day quick option and it still takes 3 days. Was late on our 2nd month payment do to a vender bouncing a cheque on us and within 1 business day they were emailing us threatening to put a lien on the business. They said we had 48 hrs to respond and we did within 24hrs but by that time they were already trying to pull the money a second time on the 3rd business day after the original missed payment. They charged us $200 in nsf fees as well as the bank side $90 for two nsf fees. They stated we can pay the delinquent payment and they would unblock our card which we did a couple days later and now they refuse to unblock our card and are requesting all money to be paid back less then 2.5 months after we borrowed it and only after one barely late payment that was out of our control. Absolute joke cant get ahold of anybody on the phone and after numerous emails asking for a human being to call us they refuse to as they say they want to keep everything in writing but funny thing is initially someone did call us when the 2nd payment didn't go through and agreed over the phone to refund us the nsf fee for the 2nd attempt because the guy on the phone said they didn't give us enough time to respond to the first email. But now they wont call us back and refuse to honor that. Do not use these guys because they seem great but one little problem and they will use whatever they can to the fullest extent to take you to the cleaners.

ZERO Stars - Bad Faith/ Fraudulent/ Scams
It's unfortunate you cannot give ZERO stars! STAY AWAY from this company/ organization. Mastercard needs to review and audit their financial operations and their platform. They operate in bad faith, we had an issue with our business account to which we provided secondary banking so that they could debit that account. After several failed attempts on their end WE OFFERED to pay with a wire transfer since they're unable to debit the account. After paying more than owing to ensure no delinquency, they still to this day debit money from our account. They further threatened to put a lien on the business. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND WILL DO ANYTHING TO STEAL YOUR BUSINESS LITERALLY! I have e-mails, wire transfer records and conversations ALL RECORDED and ready for further investigation by financial authorities.

The first few weeks
The first few weeks, they are the ones calling you. I was even assigned an accounts manager which I thought was a good thing. When I tried to reach out to the accounts manager to move credit from the credit account to the capital, she won’t call you back. Left several messages with both Maria and Alejandra, no response from both of them!!
Very poor customer service. I will not recommend them for anything.

I was approached with a warm welcome
I was approached with a warm welcome . I had been in between service calls so the team made the onboarding short and sweet . I was assigned a manager to assist with any questions regarding my new card instantly. This will be my first month with keep and so far it has been very useful to help balance out my months expenses. I run a plumbing company here in Canada and its nice to skip the line ups at the payment processing desk in the mornings . Keep has helped me save time in the mornings at the suppliers .

I was just trying to open a card account with Keep. When I got into a very strange situation
I am confused about this Flinks thing. Looks like a scam to get access to my bank account.
I was told by my Big6 bank that all my account warranties would be null and void in case I provide my bank account password to anyone.
Is there any endorsement on the my Bank website that I can use Flink? I didn't see any.
I saw Keep loading MyBank login in an iFrame but the iFrame is not coming from MyBank but from one of 3rd party services, and the login/password is being passed into Keep/Flinks API endpoints not in MyBank.
So it seems kind of fishy. If not an outright scam.
If I do OAuth with Google or Facebook - I don't put my google password into a form controlled by 3rd party, rather I put it into a form controlled directly by the Identity Provider (e.g. Google) not by Service Provider, right? This technology is from 2008. But Flink-Keep cannot do this in 2024.
When I sign into CRA through my bank I also enter my password into my bank's form not into 3rd parties.
So everyone who put their bank credentials into Keep/Flinks - go and talk to your bank and then change your account password. Right now Keep/Flinks has direct access to your bank account, so it's kind of compromised.
Act 2) The Keep support team was very helpful and requested my 6 months bank statements.
Not asked about Business CC accounts, not asked about FX transactions on my bank acc that usually puzzled everyone. Not questions asked.
And then they say I'm not good. Even for $400 card lol.
Why? They cannot say - there's a KYC process which they do (great thing for sure).
My business has tens of thousands in Credit Cards and LOCs given by a big Bank with Bankers in it.
And a company which claims to be "All-in-One Banking for Any Business" says I'm a poor lad not worth their mighty card at all. Without asking ANY material questions.

Please think numerous times before opening an account with them. I have only been with them less than 6 months and it has been a headache. The supposed account manager is only active for the first few weeks and after that you can't reach them. Also their call support is a complete bs as you will be always rerouted back to the main menu or to their voicemail. I'm about to pay off everything as their interest and terms are more expensive ad they wouldn't let you pay it off without paying the penalty... they will delay your payment so they can charge you again as their email support is also a complete bs. Also, you have to be vigilant as the credit amount available sometimes do not match the actual credit available vs your credit limit.. I had to contact them about this as I've noticed a discrepancy. It is still better to use a credit card than having to deal with stress with them everyday as no one is prioritizing you. Such a shame and a disappointment. Never again.
