Trykapsulelabs Anmeldelser

I could not agree more with the reviews I’ve seen here and had the same experience. Do Not Buy this product. My cat will not eat them. You think you are purchasing one time and are automatically signed up for recurring shipments, which were never authorized. You receive an email that your next shipment is ‘on the way’! It took me 10 emails to finally get instructions on how to get a refund and was given an address in China, obviously fake, of where to return the product. This is a SCAM! Take it from those of us that had to learn the hard way. I am also disputing the second charge with my bank.

Same issue as the previous review. They sign you up for a monthly "subscription" without your knowledge. They give no notification of the upcoming shipment so you have options to cancel or delay IF you wanted the subscription. They will not refund. My cats won't touch them either. They got my money the first time, but they are not getting it for an unauthorized shipment. Several emails back and forth...best they would offer is to keep the product that shipped without permission and they would refund 20%. I told them to send me a prepaid postage label and I would gladly ship it back, they said no. Still refusing to refund, so I have filed a dispute with the credit card company and cancelled any further unauthorized shipments. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

If I could rate them any lower I would. First, the old bait and switch. I clicked a link for one product and got Kapsulelabs. Not to be confused with Kapsule. THEN, I PURPOSELY chose one container and did NOT check the subscription link. My cats WILL NOT TOUCH these supposed cat treats. Not even my cat who will eat almost anything would eat it. Well, yesterday, I received an email stating my order had processed. I attempted a live chat. Didn’t work. I had to send an email. I have now asked them to cancel the subscription (apparently too late to cancel the order) THREE TIMES. Each time they offer to skip the order or lengthen the frequency between orders. I want it canceled. I am not buying something I can’t use because my cats refuse them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
