On 1 May 2021, I purchase a water filter. There is no response from the company, either by phone or email. I have not received my goods. They are constantly busy, overwhelmed by calls no doubt! The only reply to emails is a computer-generated message to confirm they have received your enquiry. Nothing will ever happen. This company is fraudulently taking money on the pretence they will send the goods advertised. Tru Water Aust is a scam, so do not buy!

This site is a scam. I ordered a filter. About two weeks later they sent an email saying they were having some delays in delivery due to covid. They failed to respond to any emails or messages. Failed to deliver the filter and did not return my money. I strongly suggest avoiding this company.

Like many of the others, I wish I had seen reviews of this company before wasting money on purchasing from them. Item ordered at the start of Dec, 2020; messaged early 2021 and got a reply stating the item would be shipped the following week - still not here and any further messages just get an automated response. Do not trust this company; they are out to scam customers. A shame that they are still in business and still getting people to waste money on them.

I ordered a filter from this company 6 weeks ago and have not received it. There has been no contact from them as i have tried many times and no response. Do not deal with this company

Ordered two filters in January. Nothing arrived. After 4 months arranged charge back from bank. Im blown away how this company is allowed to continue operating. Have made complaint to commerce commision.

This company is SCAM. I ordered 2 filters and nothing happened. Its more than a month now. I will now lodge a dispute to my bank to get back my money.

I am sorry I did not check the reviews for this shyster organization. Placed an order in late December and after 4 weeks still nothing delivered and no way of contacting them except through their chat line which was even less helpful. Lodged a dispute with my bank for the charges. Now they have the gall to continue sending me emails. For anyone out there, do not purchase from this organization you will, like me, be very sorry for the experience. I am surprised they have not been shut down.

Like everyone else, I ordered in Feb from what i thought was an NZ outfit. Nothing after a few weeks. A couple automatic email replies. I saw that the company was in Aussie and thought thats annoying but maybe the shipping was taking a while. Came onto this site and saw all the other reviews. Just submitted a credit card dispute since there is not a single shred that its a legit company.

Fair Trading NSW have had a file on this company for over 2 years. Typical toothless government agencies achieving absolutely nothing at the taxpayer's expense! This company needs to be closed down immediately to prevent them from continuing their dishonest and unethical business practices. For anyone out there who has made a purchase from them recently, request a refund immediately and if it does not come through simply lodge a payment dispute with your bank.

Scam. Ordered and followed up multiple times via email, no responses. I also had my credit card leaked as mentioned below and had to replace it, suspect it was this purchase.

Reported to the commerce commission and charged back with my bank.

We ordered a filter from Tru Water and heard nothing for 2 weeks. Then they sent out an email saying they had problems with their mailing system so may not have received any support messages we had sent. Messaged them asking if the order had been shipped and heard nothing. That was about 2 months ago and they have stopped replying to emails. Also, got a message from my bank saying a company I had recently shopped with had had a security breach and they had to cancel my debit card and send me a new one. This was the most recent online purchase I'd made so I'm guessing it was from this company. I have ordered a chargeback from the bank and will be reporting Tru Water to the Commerce Commission.

I ordered 1x Brita Water Filter A1000 in November 2020 and received the parcel on 12 April 2021. It took approximate 5 month to got the filter from Australia..............

I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering from these guys! Same result as everyone else - they stole my cash, I never got filters and they won’t respond to emails. True scammers.

Scammed. I paid nearly $400 for a Big Berkey filter. It hasn’t arrived. It hasn’t even been dispatched months later. I will be reporting them though.

Do not use this company. Unfortunately I didn't find the countless reviews online that warned against purchasing from them.
Product was ordered months ago and when prompted to provide a tracking number for my order they proceeded to send out multiple automated sequence emails avoiding my questions.

Please people, do not order from these guys. It will take months. It is a disgrace how inefficient this company is as they can not even comply with their own time periods for deliveries. Quick to take your money but so slow to deliver.

Stand together and lets put a stop to this company disappointing other people. I will never make use of Tru water again.

Feel like it’s ages since you’ve banged your head against a wall ? Then I strongly recommend buying from Tru Water. These people are epitome of unprofessional scumbags. Unfortunately we fools take them at face value (which is what these vile filth count on) and it’s not until we’ve had no responses to our emails for weeks and go searching for reviews and are confronted with the realisation that these people are nothing but thieves. I strongly recommend complaining to com com dot govt dot co dot nz / make a complaint, also take the evidence to your credit card company and they will refund the amount. We must try and stop these people operating in NZ

These people are liars and charlatans. After 3-4 months, no sign of the water-filter we stupidly ordered from them. When we finally managed to contact them, they then provided bogus tracking details, and today completed the farce by sending us a notice saying our filter had been delivered...well, of course, it hasn’t. Have nothing to do with this company. I don’t understand how they are still allowed to operate after all the complaints. They should all be imprisoned.

I ordered a product from Truwater 3 months ago and it finally arrived yesterday. In the meantime, my dishwasher has been out of commission for these three months (can't turn the water on without the product replacement), and I have spent my valuable time on the phone leaving voice messages (because no one would answer or call me back) and writing multiple emails to Truwater (to which no one ever responded). I finally called my bank and had them chargeback the payment, so I could order the product from another company, which I did and received it promptly. However, my bank has informed me that because Truwater has now shipped the product, they must reverse the chargeback. So I am stuck paying for a product I no longer need or want from a company that in my opinion is a disgrace and could care less about their customers, as evidenced by their appalling lack of "customer service".
