Your base membership includes unlimited Person and Address searches, which compile publicly available information such as names, aliases, location history, phone numbers, email addresses, and more. The additional charges you encountered were for optional add-on services such as Reverse Phone Lookup or Reverse Email Lookup, which allow you to search by a specific phone number or email address to identify the registered owner of that information. These are always optional and are never automatically applied without your agreement.

The $4.99 charge was for the PDF Download Access, which is an optional add-on that becomes available after your account is created and allows you to download reports in PDF format. This add-on is always optional and must be agreed to separately before being charged.
