Don't use this service there's better ones to use, I've never missed a payment and have tried use it recently for it not to work like I'm not going to repay but for over 3 years of using it not once did I miss a payment

Few months ago we have bought a 3 seater sofa from DFS Angelic, Beautif sofa. We waited for the sofa over 7 weeks to be delivered...The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable, mattress is much to thin, bearly any spring in it, no foam at all. When we contact DFS to tell them about the problem. They send an engender to check what is wrong with the sofa. Man came and said there is nothing wrong except is extremely uncomfortable. He said he will include that information in his report. Week later we received a call and person who spoke to us told us that this sofa is for one night sleep...we ask what she ment by this, she explain that the sofa was desighn to one night stay only...very disappointed I told her if I don't want to have guest staying over I would simply not invite them...
She said that we have to wait and someone will contact us next week. Week went by and no one collected, Week and a half later we receive a call just to hear that before purchasing the sofa we should have gone to the store and lay on it...posible sleep a night...and base our decision on that before purchasingthe product...now he will give us 14 days to decide if we keeping our 3 seater sofa bed or we want to return it for the additional cost that has to be fully paid £215...
We can't deliver sofa ourself since we are in Bristol and return have to be made in Doncaster...

Car Covers Factory.
I bought the cover for my Lexus RX 450H, as I was going away for a two-month period.
The day before I left I unpacked the cover and attempted to fit it to my car, it was not as advertised in the advertisement picture, it was a generic design for many vehicles of a similar design to the Lexus RX 450H.
The cover was about 30% too big for the car, had no pockets for the wing mirrors, there was only one securing point across the underneath centre of the car, the securing strap buckle which passed under the car broke as I engaged it.
I had to bunch together the front and rear of the cover, and tie them off to get the cover to stay on.
I then had to go out and buy two 7m ratchet straps to fit over and under the car roof at a point over the front seats, and again rear seats, to secure the cover.
As a stand along product, it is not fit for purpose, I would not recommend it to anyone.

I posted a genuine review on Screwfix and they refuse it.

I purchased a pair of size 10 boots and when I got home I put these boots on and feeding the cows on the farm when I got back I took the boots off and realised it was size 11 no wonder they were falling off my feet now full of cow sh🤣t if you purchase these just check the size before you leave the shop.

My car would not start and i had to be recovered to a local garage that is local to me for repair. I had a new starter motor and fuse fitted.They checked the wiring loom .Cost me over £400 pound. In less than 200 mile but six weeks later.I had the same fault reoccur. The car would not start. This garage was phoned with no help. 3 days later i was able to find another garage to diagnosed the true fault the starter motor exciter wire. Repair labour parts and VAT.£65 Not having a car I was not able to get my disabled wife out for appointment. The original garage would not refund me for unnecessary repairs and would not except they had not been able to diagnos the cause of the problem. Even though i had been a good regular customer who had spend lot of money on maintenance with them. They do not respect or value their customer. They do not have a competent or experts in auto electric. Please dont use Castle Body Works Ltd. Fareham and stay well clear.

Everest back door allows cold air into the house. Placing a large spirit level against the door shows a 8mm gap between the door and the spirit level meaning that the door is warped and does not seal against the frame. Everest refused to replace.

Light in the box. Do not deal with this company. Their stuff is from China .ordered two tops xxxl . They would not even fit a 12 year old. And u only have 7 days to send returns back at a cost of £17 . They do not reply back to your complaints. Their stuff is rubbish . Avoid at all cost

Wickes- excellent experience from start to finish with my kitchen we purchased from wickes. Adil Akhta Design Consultant was amazing designed my kitchen the way I wanted it and even then blind corners that you can’t get into. We were kept up to date from start to finish. Would also like to praise Dan Who fitted the kitchen, I just love it. I would highly recommend them both credit to the business.

So sure phone insurance bad waiting 4 months to fix my sons phone thy ask you to phone your network for info and then when you do you get blacklisted and then they tell you your phone is blacklisted and ask you why is this they ask you to phone them then after 3 months off trying emails phone calls they tell you to send phone then nothing so you phone and say they can't fix it and still taken £ from me every month cannot cancel it told me I made a clam so need to stay with them for end of contract nightmare Company
