We we wrote a review for James Hay (financial services) and gave them one star.

What was alarming was - when we looked at other reviews - the way Trustpilot summarised James Hay: 4.4 average and an AI summary that sounded absolutely first rate. But here's the reality, nearly 25% of all people who review them have had money go missing, experienced years of delay or just incompetence.

The headline news for a company that provides a DISASTROUS experience a quarter of the time is not the nonsense the AI summarised.

If Trustpilot believe that averaging the scores and leaving AI to write a review is building trust, then I'm afraid they are not doing their job.

So Trustpilot UK is based in the USA?

I've written a lengthy review of a scamming outfit who are probably masquerading as a possible legitimate company, engaged in unregistered cryptocurrency etc. This was to warn others of so they would not be scammed as I was. Another reviewer also warned of the scam, but her post was not removed. Whose side is Trustpilot on, genuine reviewers or scammers?

Very disappointing experience. I have been trying to regain access to my business account and have repeatedly requested assistance, but my emails have been ignored. This has made resolving the issue extremely frustrating.

THANK GOD TRUSTPILOT IS NOT IN CHARGE OF THE COURTS ,THE JAILS WOULD BE FULL OF PEOPLE WHERE TRUST PILOT HAS SIDED WITH THE COMPANY COMPLAINED ABOUT .
IF YOU CANT HAVE TRUST IN THEM WHY BOTHER TO USE THEM .

I have written loads of reviews on Trustpilot some good some bad.
Now Trustpilot has BLOCKED my last two ,
One on Peugeot and one on Geepas.
BOTH OF THESE WERE TRUTHFUL.
Peugeot as emailed me multiple times either saying my car needs a service or the warranty is about to run out.
THEY'VE GOT THE WRONG CAR,NOT MINE.
GEEPAS I sent a toaster back because after ONE week it started to "tarnish".
They replaced it but the second one did exactly the same but worse.
I'll enclose "screen shots"if you'll let me.
My next stop is consumer rights.
Is it AI that there use in now.?

It's great to be able to be mindfully tested , to keep yourself mentally aware of the things you have learn as being a child to an adult. It's always good to exercise the mind ,it's keeping memory mentally, physically, and emotionally in tact.its great that some companies do amazing IQ test. Keep up the good brain teasers. You have very good ones guys .AMEN.

How can you have 3 star rating with all one star reviews, if that is not dishonest then I don’t know what is

WARNING E-DREAMS TRAVEL AGENT,
DELIBERATELY CHEATING BUYERS OF AIRLINE TICKETS
I too have been scammed into an automatic subscription for €79,99 per year, for 4 years = €319,96. How did that happen? In August 2025 I discovered a post of €79,99 from E-DREAMS on my Mastercard account. E-DREAMS SCAM is to send info IN SPANISH, upon much later contact E-DREAMS stated that they ONLY communicate in Spanish when tickets are purchased in Spain. AND I DO NOT SPEAK OR READ SPANISH, LIKE MOST OF THEIR MILLIONS OF TOURISTS. I therefore guessed their info was a sales offer. I tried to contact E-DREAMS to stop their inquiries. TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE. After countless attempts I reported this to TRUSTPILOT about 2023/2024. Response from E- DREAMS here was a booking ref/nr requirement????? After several weeks of research I found out that I had bought a flight ticket in 2021 date? Malaga-Copenhagen ref/nr 8126785531. I now wrote back that I NEVER HAVE HAD A SUBSCRIPTIONS IN MY LIFE, AND I NEVER HAVE WANTED OR USED THEIR “SERVICES” for which they have deducted payment from my bank account, and that I therefore wanted a refund of €319,96I did NOT get any refund.S. Had a delivery from trade point on Friday, my daughter arrived home to find green grit paint all over our porch steps and up our drive where the delivery driver had thrown the box on our step.
The paint must have leaked in his van as ther was a trail of paint from the road all the way up my drive .
I phone Tradepoint customer care Friday evening and was told complaints would contact me within 24 hours it’s now Monday and still waiting for the call.
Spent past 3hours phoning the call centre in South Africa where they were deliberately cutting me off but would then phone back not even allowing the phone to ring once, the phone was in my hand but still not able to answer quick enough, obviously doing this intentionally so it then shows that they have tried to call back.
Apparently they have no record of my call to them Friday, how convenient . I told them I want a refund and also want compensating for the five and a half hours cleaning of my drive I had to do Friday evening when I returned home after a days work.
Was told I’m not entitled to any compensation as I was asking for a refund , but need the paint for today as it’s for a job I’m working on and it was to prep a ceiling as plasterer is in tommorow.now been asked to provide evidence to prove paint has been spilt and has to be done by email , and they hope to respond within 24-48 hours(if I’m lucky) shite customer service , will not order anything from trade point for home delivery again.
Now been over a week ,I have emailed them with my complaint and had a response to my email from Fatima on Thursday saying she wasn’t working Friday working but would deal with it on Saturday.
Instead of that she emailed me Saturday to say I have still not responded with my complaint .
Would be better if we could deal with someone in England rather than a call centre in South Africa.
Customer service sucks

I’m unable to type anything in the box where I would type the name of the company whose results I want to see.
I’ve even tried the voice option but that isn’t working. I’ve offloaded the App and reinstalled it but that hasn’t helped.
Is there a glitch in the App?
