I don't think this a genuine organisation or website. It feels like a setup by merchants to delay getting you a refund for any claim. I ordered from Paks on the 7th of March but the items weren't delivered. This was also confirmed by the Evri, despite communicating with Trusted shops, Paks, and Evri no one is willing to offer a refund. Trusted shops keep a note saying it is checking but it's almost a month and then the cover will end? Paks is now claiming delivery even after Evri already confirmed the items are lost in their system. The Trusted shops is just a useless service and you might as well contact your card provider.

As usual the Breakfast boost we ordered was delivered on time and as with all of our previous orders we are highly satisfied with the quality of the goods we receive from Wilton Wholefoods. Many thanks.

I made a purchase of spare parts from Germany. The purchase was 100% protected and fully insured. One Shipment was lost , never delivered. I opened up the protection case with TrustedShops, with some hope, after few weeks, case is automatically closed with no sign of refund from German Retailer or from TrustedShops.de. It was now over 2 months. I had a follow-up through email with TrustedShops.de, thankfully their response was positive this time that gave me some hope and my money was refunded by the retailer after nearly 3 months. Thank you

Went to sign in to leave a review and the login has changed to require 3 different security "passwords" in the form of name colour and date as well as your login ID. To leave a review!!!! Won't be bothering any more. Sorry suppliers!

Any businesses looking to use them, avoid at all costs. Most of the positive reviews here are from people who have bought from other business not the businesses using Trusted Shops.

Will get you to sign up with them. Even hand you a contract and invoice stating the "benefits" you'll receive from them. Then once you sign up, you'll get passed from person to person with each one getting less helpful and only then to find out that they flat out refuse to provide their only USP due to their audit. An audit that was never mentioned until after contract had been signed and by the third person I'd spoken to in the company.

They sign you up then halfway through the contract try to DOUBLE the monthly fees, when you refuse they delete your 10,000 reviews off there system that took years and alot of money to build up, scammers.

Wilton Wholefoods delivered a day earlier than I expected which was great as we were going away. The guy was friendly who delivered. I got a smiley face from Kirstie who packed the box - everything is exactly as I ordered and good quality. Many thanks. Thoroughly recommend to others.

Always arrives several days before quoted at checkout.

'Customer service' does not happen.
Chat bot is completely inacurate.
No unsubscribe option on emails.
Hardly the hallmarks of a company to trust.

This is my first time ordering from Wilton Wholefoods, and it certainly won't be the last. I easily found the product I was looking for, and at the very best price. My order arrived quickly and well packed. I will be checking out Wilton Wholefoods to see what other goodies they have.

Wilton foods are great. We particularly love their dates. You can get the same dates elsewhere but they are usually dry whereas Wilton's are succulent. In addition they despatch the order quickly.

Purchase arrived on time safe and secure , great to have peace of mind with cover from trusted shops in the background , thank you 🙏
