Dodgie people wasted my time. They offered me i took day off from work and before 3 hours of appointment they cancelled the appointment reason they offered me extra money for the car. Fake cheap lads. Never recommend this to anyone just waste of time

Quoted £16,500 for my car which was then reduced to £10,500 due to a computer error. Waste of time and very dodgy tactics to get you interested.

After some uncertainty in the beginning regarding the valuation of my car I must say Oliver has been great and really helpful in managing everything. Really attentive and kind he gave me the right explanation on what my car would have been valued and where and booked immediately an appointment .
I would recommend him to everyone .

Every other online car-buying service has quoted me approximately £15k for my car.......this outfit offered me £17k.

The car is immaculate (genuinely) but, having read the other reviews here, I'm not going to proceed because I imagine that they're just going to knock £2k+ off of the price when I visit their premises.

Just put an honest offer up to start with?

Offered a fair quote for my Porsche then less than 24 hours later pulled the offer and cancelled my appointment (despite me having made revised working arrangements to accommodate) citing that the system feedback was to be investigated by a senior purchasing officer. So either the system is a red herring or faulty or its something more sinister....

Gave me a offer of £2318 online and just few hours before my appointment they called to say the offer was only £700 that was before they even seen my vehicle, a totally ridiculous, time wasting and good for nothing company!

Not to be trusted car Buyers!
Whilst I accept and have experienced these companies knocking money off the original offer, this company,after being sent photos of my immaculate car and accurate mileage, still thought it was ok to knock £800 off my original offer! Why? They couldn't answer, just said it was an in accurate offer to start with, really? That offer was based on my car being in the condition it was and the mileage being what it was, all of which the photos proved.
So basically they put a rediculous offer on the table to start with just to draw you in, then insult you not only with wasting your time but with a silly offer instead.
Don't waste your time, they are a disgrace to the industry...

The price offered was almost half i was offered by webuyanycar , needless to say i wont be using this company - and stop sending me messages !

Offered me £100 for a classic Bentley.
Says it all really....

Initially received a high offer booked an appointment but was skeptic about it due to reviews but thought I’d give the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately the reviews which I read (which were identical to this) were in fact true!
Moral: If something seems to good to be true, it most certainly is!!!
Absolute waste of my time and I booked a day off work bloody con artists!
Trust me don’t be fooled by their offers choose someone else.

Shaun from Trusted Car Buyers, was helpful and explained the whole process of selling car. He offered best possible price for my vehicle.

I've sold my car to Trusted Car Buyers, Darren in Irlam branch was very helpful. It's Easy and helpful company to do business with.

Gives a high initial offer, then after an hour of 'assessing' the car, claims that they weren't aware of the number of owners (tootle advert is correct!) and service history was incomplete (incorrect, as serviced yearly from manufacture!) and hence 'revised' their offer down by 25%. Total time waste of a company, blamed me for not giving information, when I showed them on my phone that everything was supplied, they said it must be a technical issue. 3hrs of my life I won't get back.

Dealt with Shaun at Manchester branch first rate service good price and prompt payment would highly recommend

This company called me promptly when I needed a quote to sell my car, they offered me honest advice and recommended another company too. They were friendly and professional and I would recommend.

Easy to deal with didn’t knock my car down so think if you tell them the correct condition of the car u wont be that far out from the offer they offered so I would deal this with them again no problem had a pleasure of dealing with Sean he was great very honest and all worked out well

Made an offer of £15,540 on my car, drove the car to them an hour away. Car is immaculate inside and out, fsh, everything they asked for and offered me £2k less. Asked to speak to head office to complain and ask why i was told £15.5k and they said "changing market prices". Went on there again today and entered details online and the offer is still the same, with an email confirmation of the offer. Absolute time wasters, they just put a high price on to get you to take the car to them and hope you are desperate.

Good experience with these guys at the irlam branch, took my car in with a couple of issues and offered me a fair price lower than the online quote which was to be expected as with any of these types of companies but the final price was still well above webuyanycar offered online, great experience and would be happy to sell to them again
