TruGreen - Allentown Anmeldelser 4

TruGreen ruined my beautiful new lawn and they can't fix it.
They came out to aerate my newly planted lawn. The machine dug up huge chunks all over, and it's now like walking on small hard boulders. I'm afraid I might roll my ankle while walking on my own lawn. It's ridiculous...
The workers are incompetent kids, as it was obvious that the aerating machine was digging up huge chunks, but they kept going with the damage without noticing.
I called in a complaint, which was frustrating because I could never speak to the same person twice and had to keep explaining from the beginning every time!
Between the main & local offices, There must have been 12 different people altogether that I spoke to.
After 5 or 6 days, I finally got a manager out to check out the damage, and he was in denial, saying that the lumps would dissolve away. Ha! So, he brought out a push roller to try and flatten them out. It did little good... I either need a couple thousand lbs. steam roller to flatten the clumps or a new lawn.

This company had gotten too large to provide any type of good personalized service...
They refunded the charge for the aeration and gave me a bag of grass seed. But, now what do I do? I'm stuck with a bumpy, terrible lawn.

I called Trugreen last Wednesday around 4 PM and the lady said someone will be out to do your yard on March 26 I called the people this morning I called and they told me I called and canceled my plans which I didn’t call at all on Monday they are full of lies shame on them and last year in June I gave them my information to pay and they punched in the wrong information so they had to wait. That’s not my fault.no good company.

THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO LOCAL PHONE NUMBER TO REACH DIRECTLY, NO COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN THE CALL CENTER AND THE LOCAL SERVICE. THEY BURNED OUT OUR NEWLY PLANTED GRASS AND HAVE YET TO ADDRESSED IT, HAVE MADE 5 CALLS NOW AND AM DONE.

DO NOT work with this company - they're absolutely horrible! Purchased a year long contract last September, they showed up 4 times after 6 cancellations and had the nerve to show up unannounced & send us a bill for August service - when we're paid thru the end of September. Cancelled service - and reported them to the Better Business Bureau to request 1/2 the contract price back because we only received 1/2 the promised visits in a whole year's time. They're absolutely horrible.
