These fires are not fit for sale

These fires are not fit for sale. I purchased one, it stopped working after barely a couple of weeks. I complained and they did send out another fire, but this packed up with a similar fault and died completely. Now queries are not being answered at all after the initial complaint. The fire looks nice, but it simply does not work and the agent is not replying to emails. It's not good enough and I will be exploring my legal options to recover my money and have these garbage fires returned.

I was very pleased with my truflame…

I was very pleased with my truflame electric fire which was easy to install. I bought it mainly for its aesthetics, having different colour flames and choice of log or pebbles but found it very handy to heat the lounge when my ch boiler stopped working. I found customer service very helpful when I phoned for information.

We ordered the Media wall fire

We ordered the Media wall fire, and was unsure about which one to go for - but the communication was excellent and they helped us choose which one was best, and it arrived within a few days! Can’t wait to install it

Superb fireplace

Superb fireplace, we shopped around for a media wall fire and landed with TruFlame, the website was informative and the prices unbeatable. Delivery was free and quick via bjs home delivery.

Absolutely love my 72cm wall mounted white glass fire


Absolutely love my 72cm wall mounted white glass fire. The led fire and back lights have fab colours, so calming. Would defo recommend.

bad after sales.

Nothing wrong with the fire, but I could not find the Remote Control, when I messaged the firm all I got was a lot of attitude, I was told I must have thrown it out with the packaging,?, they offered to sell me one for £25, they even admitted that the romote is only small and maybe its easy to be missed when unpacking, Itried to do a deal for one, but it just fizzled out, no more contact, would not buy from here again, would not reccomend.

To clarify our process, we can confirm that all remote controls are verified and securely packed within the item's original packaging prior to dispatch. Due to their compact size, they can occasionally be overlooked and inadvertently discarded during the unpacking process, which appears to have occurred in this instance.However, we deeply regret that our handling of this matter felt dismissive and that communication was allowed to lapse. This is not the standard of care we aim to provide. We would welcome the opportunity to resolve this matter to your satisfaction. Please contact our management team directly so we can discuss a resolution. To note the price of a remote is £25 and is not 'deal-able' especially when it has been discarded, most customers would totally understand this.

I love my electric fire ...its a large…

I love my electric fire ...its a large fire underneath my 85" TV on a media wall... i control via ALexa so super slick !!... service and pricing were brilliant and i highly recommend them and their fires

Help!…

Given up with these people.Have been trying to get a spare part for some time but the proprietor tham is a very bizarre guy to contact or deal with.He only seems able to contact by text sent at very unusual times - 930 pm on a Saturday night? Despite various messages,still not received any form of invoice or quote. So I really wouldn't suggest doing business with them !
