I ordered 2 pairs of shorts from this company on 18th August (Order no 8742) and they arrived today, Sept 1st. Upon opening the package I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the material and haven't even bothered to try a pair on. I have requested a refund by email in accordance with their "Refund Policy" but im not holding my breath. How I wish i had read some of the reviews before being hot-headed and believing the marketing nonsense on the company's website.

Order placed in early May, money taken 27 June whilst I was chasing for delivery. They then claimed delivered and showed a proof of delivery photo which was not the requested delivery address, so I sent them the entrance it would have been. They conceded not delivered correctly then said they would send replacements, I needed these for an early August holiday, they have still not been delivered despite they insist they are on with it. They state they “are unable to process a refund on this occasion, as refunds can only be issued for items that are either returned to us or cancelled prior to dispatch. However as a gesture of goodwill, we have arranged a replacement to be sent at no extra cost so you will still receive the items you purchased”. It is not my fault they delivered to an incorrect address, I have even pointed out The Consumer Rights Act 2015 stipulates an online retailer is responsible for delivery including if their courier delivers incorrectly. I have pointed this out several times recently but they seem to believe they can ignore the laws of this land! AVOID this company, now looking at the reviews on here

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I am trying to arrange for a return and refund but keep going round in cycles with their bot customer service and they haven’t told me the address to send back to. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Still waiting!!! recieved part order and contacted customer service straight away. You would have thought i asked the to solve wolrd peace. I'm still waiting for the missing part of the order arriving a month later

Ordered three pairs of shorts based on the extremely misleading adverts on social media. After more than a week I got an email saying a courier in China had received instruction to ship my shorts. After more than a week more, nothing had happened. I contacted the company and asked to cancel the order. I received a quick response saying they would do their best, then nothing for more than two weeks. When I chased again I was informed they would issue the refund. Two months later, after numerous chasers and eventually a threat to go to the ombudsmen, I finally received a refund.

I ordered 1st July, the company claims to ship from UK to UK, I asked for a refund and got told no as they already shipped it but there has been no shipping updates I have asked where exactly is my parcel and nothing ….. please do not order

If I could give 0, I would. I ordered 3 pairs of shorts and a t shirt. I asked for my order to be cancelled before it was shipped and I got no response. They ship it straight from China. Their shipping policy states 1-2 days dispatch. 3-5 delivery. I've been waiting weeks. Please for the love of god don't buy anything from this place. Btw I still haven't received by order.
