We had a wonderful stay at Noosa Tropicana and are already planning to return later this year.

The facilities were of a high standard, and the property managers were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit.

Worth knowing: Noosa Tropicana is a managed complex of privately owned units, so each is individually furnished and no two are identical. This adds character, though it also means the finish and fittings can vary between units.

Accessibility and Safety Notes
Ensuite shower step: The ensuite shower floor sits approximately 3 to 5 cm lower than the bathroom floor. This difference is easy to miss, particularly for those with low vision, and caused a stumble on first entry. Clear visual marking or a non-slip transition strip would help greatly.

No grab bars in the shower: As with many holiday properties, there are no safety or grab bars fitted. The only rail available is the lightweight height-adjustment rail on the shower head, which is not suitable for support. This is something we would encourage management to address, particularly given the property's appeal to older guests.

Unit 4 - no shower shelving: There are no corner racks or shelves in the showers, meaning bottles and soap must be placed on the floor and retrieved while showering. We improvised with an external aluminium chair to keep items at a reachable height. A simple corner shelf or caddy would make a real difference.

The local bus service runs past the property, making it easily accessible without a car. Electric vehicle recharging is also available on site, which is a handy bonus for those travelling by EV.

Our group was entirely over 70, with a range of medical and mobility considerations, so these details mattered to us more than they might to others. We raise them not to discourage anyone from staying - quite the opposite - but in the hope that owners and management will consider small adjustments that would make the property safer and more comfortable for all guests.

We would happily return and recommend Noosa Tropicana to others, particularly those who appreciate a well-located, well-managed property with character. On our return we would be happy to stay in unit 4 again

I would strongly advise against purchasing from Tropicana Wholesale. I started dropshipping with them, but they sent damaged and faulty products to my customer, who immediately returned them. I requested a refund on October 29, 2025, and since then, I’ve sent multiple emails. The few responses I received were unprofessional, with one simply stating that "Tropicana Wholesale has approached the concerned brand to justify it."

If Tropicana can’t manage the stock for that brand, why are they even selling those products? The service has been terrible, and now, since December 15, 2025, I haven’t heard back from them at all. Very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of resolution. No one stuck their money with them. After sale service is very very bad.

Service is great. Always get a nice few samples on my orders which is great for me and my business. The shipment comes quick and well packaged. When I signed up I received a call from a lady advising me she's here to to help and ifs there's something I cannot find give her a call and she's help me locate it.
